The device is small and works great. The delivery process was slow. I did receive updates but it came from China and took the full 14 business days to get the device. I signed up for the unlimited plan. Unfortunately, I did not read the fine print. I was throttled down to a very slow speed. I was given an option to buy more “premium” speed. This is where I am disappointed. The slow speed is external slow. I am barely able to play games, search the web, and I’m definitely not able to stream anything. If you are looking for a portable WiFi solution it is good. It has not been good for long term RVing. We used the slotted “premium” internet very quickly. It is better suited for simple internet access.
