I used Upside pretty much every time I get fuel. My total received since October 2023 has been $170.91 Only gave 4 stars because the percentage of cash back doesn't always match what app states. I never received a reply when writing the company, with details. About the shortage.
Nevertheless, appeared is easy to use and with price of gas so high, the place I usually go to offers on average about .10 cents a gallon cash back. I do recommend.
NOTE: Pay attention to grade of gas you're getting. Offer only good on unleaded.

Very simple to use. No complaints. Saved a lot of money. In several years of using this app I've only ever had one issue and it was resolved by customer service within 24 hours. There's no reason not to use this app.

Upside has been great so far. The addition for connivence stores and one grocery store has been great. It would be nice if more gas stations were added. Chevron used to be available not anymore. I plan on using Upside to the most possible. If you are looking at saving a few dollars this is a nice way to do it. I just recently sent back to my checking account $50 in savings.

The ease in which to use the Upside app is amazing! You quickly scan for offers in any area that you reside or travel too. Your defends grow until you decide to withdraw. There are many options to choose how to use your accumulated funds. Such as gift cards and you have the ability to have your funds deposited into your bank account. Customer support is awesome! And they follow up to make sure your issue is resolved.

It is easy to use Upside. Sometimes you need to upload a receipt but many of the times it will just use the last four digits of your card to confirm your purchase. cashing out is simple however I did have to contact Customer Service when I didn’t receive the link to my gift card, they quickly responded and resent my link.

Only on the recommendation of the You Tube channel "Jimmy's World," which first introduced me to Upside, I have been working with the phone app for over three years. My family doesn't eat out very much, and most of the Upside-affiliated restaurants in our area are pizza places, so we use Upside most of the time for saving a little on those criminally insane gas prices. Thanks to Upside, we can usually save between 20 and 25 cents per gallon, about once a month, which is how often we fill the tank. If you are able to get through to a real human, Upside's customer service is quick and very helpful.

I love the cash back offers and the gas Stations especially the ones I use anyway. If I have a cash back issue, they are very prompt in fixing it. I always use upside in and out of the station. It's very easy to use. And very easy to install on your phone.

So…. There is a learning curve. It is best to make sure the store location you are going to is the correct one. If there are two giants on Belair road and you are at the wrong one, you will not get your rebate. Beyond that, the site is exactly as advertised. I just cashed in 65 dollars for about 2 months shopping. Their customer service is very helpful if you do screw up!

I like the idea and when I can find a gas station during my travels it is nice accumulating cash back. I do not buy junk food so rarely use it for that and traveling the way I do my purchases are primarily gas. Still, great app!

I have been using Upside for quite a while now and haven't had an issue. Recently I received an email stating my claims were denied because the card used wasn't in my wallet. The card is in my wallet. I contacted support and after providing a screenshot of the transaction from the cards activity page I received an email that they approved the claims but the update won't show on my Upside activity page. This is the first time I have had a denial since I started using in 2024.

I have saved close to 1,000.00 with upside. I wish there were more ways to earn cash back. I have used it for food shopping and gas primarily. Wish they had more restaurants in my area. Customer service has been great when needed.

I order my groceries online and then go pick them up. I didn't know how to submit a purchase. They were very helpful,knowledgeable, and friendly. They get back to you with great speed when asked a question. So far I've gotten about 30 some dollars back on about 5 submits.
