Every order is cancelled
I’ve tried multiple times to order from them and they cancel every order. I followed all their instructions to the letter making sure my information was an exact match with my banks. I tried multiple credit cards. Everything was cancelled. My wife signed up for account and placed an order. It was cancelled. Not a competent company.
Update: After posting this review they followed up through customer service. This was zero help because all they told me is what I already knew, that my order was cancelled because it didn't pass something in their security check. But they can't tell me what the problem is or why they rejected the orders. Worthless company.

Do not use the website as they can never find your card # to redeem, not to mention how difficult it was to scratch. Use the QR code (after you fully scratch) instead. I will never do it again. POS

Terrible company
Terrible company. All transactions declined. I've NVER in over 5 years had a transaction that was NOT cancelled. Support is a joke. Also you can buy no fee VISA and Mastercard gift cards for NO fee just about every week at Staples or Officemax. I only tried to buy because of the Capital One promo. Waste of time.
