I have placed two orders on the site

I have placed two orders on the site, and on both occasions, the products arrived later than anticipated. For the second order, I paid for expedited shipping, yet the item was still delivered seven days late. I was in contact with Jessica, who provided assistance. Upon receiving the package, I discovered it was defective. I have since messaged Jessica regarding this issue but have not received a response. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Long customs clearance time but worth the wait! Amazing customer service

Seller was responsive and answered all questions via email. People should note Custom Clearance in China takes about 2 weeks. Once your order is cleared, it takes less than a week to arrive in the USA. People are too impatient especially when they order things internationally. I ordered a phone and was very satisfied with the package and everything was in working order when it arrived.

Phone Case Fraud

The phone case I ordered on June 4th is still sitting waiting to be picked up. You won't cancel the order and you won't ship me the case I'm very upset. The people that I chatted with from Giztop don't seem to care about doing anything but I already paid for it and you won't send me a refund or the case. Order #1100126947,item official protective magnetic sku PPFX9U01 $39.99. since June 10th the label has been created and UPS has not picked up the package yet which means desktop still has the item or maybe it is out of stock and I'm not being told.

They keep delaying the shipping of the phone because there where none in stock and until I wanted to cancel they where willing to send one immediately but it was to late because I already had bought a phone due to the long wait time and they still charged me 4.5% service fee for the refund definitely won't be buying from here again

Ordering a phone took no time at all, any questions I had , email communications was really fast . Have not received the phone yet. I ordered the Oppo Find X9 Ultra black edition. But will update my review when i recieve my phone.

Ordered an Oppo X9 Ultra on April 23rd. Unfortunately the shipping timeline was continuously pushed back. Giztop provided compensation for the delay in the form of a refund on the shipping charge and payment of 1/2 of the duties and taxes charged by my country. I finally received my device in June and am very satisfied with it. Giztop could improve it's communications with customers by sending emails advising them about delays and remediation options available as compensation for the delays. Beyond this, customer agents respond quickly to emails and are courteous in their exchanges. Giztop's handling of the X9 Ultra launch was very poor, hopefully they can improve their service and estimates on future releases. I still came away satisfied due to the compensation and would likely purchase again from them.

Buy from quite literally anyone else

The star portion of the customer reviews on the site are entirely fake. The review gets sent in for "moderation" and never goes through if you give them 3 stars or below. They unilaterally changed the shipping timeline. CS asked for "understanding", walked that back when pushed. Offered a fraudulent "gift" as compensation, walked that back when pushed. Got delayed *again* for the color I ordered. Swapped colors and that shipped "on time". After that shipping got delayed again but didn't affect me Supposedly giving an $80 discount for shipping and a case, hasn't happened yet.

Honest website

I paid for a smart watch.. customer service contacted me by email to clarify the watch is not supported in my region. They could have been dishonest and made money but they chose to be honest. Great business model.
