Honestly this website is amazing not only do they have excellent bags which are made of the highest standard, but their customer service is brilliant, they are on hand every step of the way, even sending out videos of order just before posting. Same experience as previous review
Same experience as previous review, sent a QC video with the zipper clearly broken. She tried to hide it in the video. I have emailed them several times with no response will file a complaint with my CC. Buyer beware! Like I said the zipper is broken. I’m not blind she did try to hide it.

The leather piece shown near the zipper was an extra temporary material used by the warehouse while testing the zipper. It was not part of the finished bag and was removed after the zipper test was completed. The zipper itself was not broken, and there was no attempt to hide a defect in the video. Our customer service team has explained this during our communication and recommended that you receive the bag first so you can inspect the actual item and compare it carefully with the QC materials. Damaged Bag NO Box NO Service Scammers
They DO NOT box their bags , i received mine damaged, folded and creased on all sides as it was sent folded in a plastic bag! Customer service is non existent, they eventually, after weeks of emails, told me i would have to pay for delivery costs to replace the bag $80 extra for it to be sent in a box!) and extra costs per bag selection! They are now ignoring my email request for a refund. Zero satisfaction guarantee even though that is what they promise on their website. From all the online designer bag dupe companies, Gorchic has the smallest bag selection and lowest quality bags! Their 'service' is non existent and they send different, free bags to their influencers!! No bag is real leather even if it states so in the description !! Do NOT buy from theses liers they are scammers!!

To reduce unnecessary volume during international transportation, this style may be shipped folded when a box has not been purchased. Temporary creases can appear when the bag is first unpacked, but they normally relax after the bag is opened, shaped, and used for several days. This does not necessarily mean the bag is damaged. Our records show that our customer service team responded to your emails within 24 hours. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as replies may occasionally be filtered there. Although the concern was related to the bag’s appearance after unpacking rather than a confirmed manufacturing defect, we still offered a one-time free replacement because we value your experience. However, the original order did not include payment for a box. Since you requested an additional box and upgraded boxed delivery for the replacement, the related packaging and shipping cost would need to be paid separately. We would also like to clarify that customers and influencers receive products produced under the same quality and inspection standards. We do not intentionally send different-quality bags to influencers. Product materials vary by style and are listed on the relevant product page. It allows you to know exactly where your package is and when it will be delivered. My second bag became out of stock after I placed my order. This company are a SCAM
This company are a SCAM. Do not buy from them. I bought a bag based on their pictures advertised on their website. When the bag I received was totally different, horrible quality and looked so fake, I sent comparisons to the company and asked if I could do a return. They said they were sorry, the pictures on their website were incorrect but I couldn’t do a refund. Do not send them any money. Not worth it.

I got the speedy 30 black leather…
I got the speedy 30 black leather highest quality. $300 including the box and standard shipping. Took about 20 days from ordering to get, which I think is a good time frame. They also kept shipping updates online so I could get an idea when it was coming. The box is nice, dust bag is nice, and it came stuffed with tissue to keep its shape. The bag itself is incredibly soft, real leather. To my untrained eye it looks real and I love the bag. Online people have complained about the stiff zipper both on replicas and authentic speedy 30s. I’d say it’s acceptably smooth. The stitching looks nice and the interior is very soft suede. My only small complaint is the zipper tabs are a little off. I think maybe the “lv” raised lettering isn’t true to the real thing. It’s not a clean looking mold. BUT overall I think for $300 I’m satisfied and would order again from them when they have good sales.
