It worked but you can see the pad through the bikinipants when you get out of the water, doesn't look nice and it feels squishy like wet diapers when you walk back to your towel

The process for returns is made complicated on purpose. On the Website they advertise with free returns. Turns out the Return is free but you have to pay for the delivery costs and you dont get a refund, just a Coupon for their Shop. I am sure you read this when checking the Return Details, still it would be nice to know this in advance especially when they advertise with free returns.

To clarify: returns are not free of charge – this is clearly explained in our return policy on the website. In addition to the standard return process where you can exchange your items or receive store credit, every EU or UK customer also has the legal right of withdrawal within 14 days. In this case you can return unworn and unwashed items for a full refund to your original payment method.
We completely understand that it would be easier if these details were more visible during checkout, and we’re working on making this information even clearer for our customers.

I had to wait for weeks
I had to wait for weeks, during this time I received SO many emails, after unsubscribing I received one day 15-20 mails, still i get emails.

I bought some Periods Underwear and bras. Everything worked out great with the delivery and when I had a question it was answered quickly. I love these bras! They are very comfortabel like i don‘t wear something!

Good Produkts but the sizing between the diffrent models has big diffrece some fit good some totally not. The shipping took too long in my case over a month.
Long time not reacting on request of the shipping status and than with lots of tickets that did not answer my QUESTION. PACKAGING is simple with compostable plastic bags could be a little more exclusive

i love the products, they are really good but it took so long till i got them. From the order to having them at my house it was over a month.

I normally wear S, with one product S is a little bit too big but XS waay too small. With the other product S is too small but M fits.
Apart from that I’m very happy with the products. Maybe a few more colours to choose from would be nice.
