This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I've ever had.
I was visiting Cincinnati and ordered Chipotle through Grubhub. About an hour later, I received a notification that my order had been delivered, along with a photo as proof. To my surprise, the photo showed my food dumped in the middle of the sidewalk, with the contents spilled everywhere. It was completely inedible.
I immediately contacted Grubhub support and explained what had happened. I asked if they could have my food redelivered. The representative initially agreed and told me to call customer care. After explaining the entire situation again to customer care, I requested a full refund since the food had been ruined. Instead of trying to make things right or offering any reasonable solution, the representative simply canceled my order to process the refund.
While I eventually received my money back, the experience was frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I went over an hour without dinner, had to make multiple phone calls, and was left to deal with a careless delivery and poor customer service. Delivering food in the middle of a sidewalk is unacceptable, and Grubhub's handling of the situation was just as disappointing. This is going to be posted on all social media platform.
I expect much better from a company that people rely on for food delivery.

Grub Hub is the worst delivery service…
Grub Hub is the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. Definitely the bottom of the barrel. I had multiple issues of getting the wrong order, orders being cancelled due to the lack of drivers, very few restaurants use them, multiple restrictions such as different delivery hours with Grub Hub that are better with the other companies. I highly discourage anybody from using them. You’ll quite likely be dissatisfied.

STAY AWAY FROM GRUBHUB! I have several complaints about GrubHub but here's the last straw which had me deleting my membership and account. Extremely poor and shady customer service and not honoring their late guarantee. Even with evidence they wouldn't honor their late delivery. When confronted with the evidence and time stamps, they denied it without a reason. I asked them what's the reason as I showed them the evidence and they couldn't give one..just sorry. NEVER AGAIN!
Had amazing food from Swapna Indian cuisine. My food was delivered on time and tasted very fresh. Would highly recommend this restaurant and food delivery.

The driver delivered and was terrible insulting
The driver delivered slightly late...not a problem. The driver chastising me for not answering my phone ( I work and was ordering lunch at work). He gets one star and I told him I don't answer because of our work policy. Second he berated me that he wouldn't be late if I left instructions on entrance. I did regarding my account and when delivered to work to which street entrance for delivery. Terrible attitude and I won't ever use grub hub ever!

I really wanted to like Grubhub, but my last experience was pretty frustrating. The delivery took longer than promised, and when it finally arrived, my food was lukewarm. I understand things happen, but it definitely took away from the meal. The driver was nice enough, but I just wish the communication had been better. I didn’t get any updates about the delay, which left me wondering if my order had been lost. I might give them another try, but I was disappointed this time around.
I was delivered the completely wrong order with the wrong name on it. The only money I got back was for the food but the idiot that delivered still got his tip. This is bullshit. I tried to start the chat again and Grub Hub help won’t allow me to which is also bullshit.

I will never order from GrubHub again
I will never order from GrubHub again. I had been ordering from them and everything went right until tonight. I had put in an order for some food and I looked for options to edit my order. It did not even complete and I added another item. What I received the correct order with the added item plus the original order that had not completed. My total was $170. I called GrubHub Customer service and they said they could not give me a credit for this that next time I want to add an item. I’m to call them. This seems inappropriate and with modern technology there should be an option and it obviously worked as the item I added was there. There was some kind of glitch in their system, and I was left paying for their technical error. I won’t be using GrubHub ever again.

We made a priority order to get food at…
We made a priority order to get food at 12:30. At 1:15 the food is still not here, because apparently Grubhub loaded so many deliveries to the same driver that he is still going around for an hour, Grubhub has been revising its estimate up every 10 minutes. Everyone is hungry, children are crying. I swear this is my last order on GH, I'll be ordering from Door Dash from now on

I placed an order from Red Crab at…
I placed an order from Red Crab at 2:03PM and received a text stating arriving between 2:48 PM and 3:03PM.
Then I received another text stating the order would arrive between 3:11pm - 3:36PM.
I called Red Crab and they said the order had been ready, and waiting for the driver had to pick up the order.
I called Grubhub customer service to complain about the delay the lady there was nothing could it. I request she cancel my order. She told me I could not cancel my order. She offered me $5 credit on my next order. I told her I did not want it because I will never use Grubhub again, she increases the credit $7 and then to $10.
After that call I received another text stating my would be arriving 3:11pm - 3:36PM.
After that I received another text stating my order would arrive between 3:43 PM and 3:58PM.
The order arrived at 3:53PM. The food COLD. I will never use Grubhub again.
Order placed at 12:15. At 2:13 it says delivered but never delivered this is 2 hrs later and grubhub only gives me a $5 credit I paid $18.52 I'm furious this is pure B's the driver stole my food. The front desk agent said a person sat out 5 mins in front of hotel but never came in. Grubhub refuses to give me my money

Terrible service.
This is by far one of the worst delivery experiences I have ever had. I ordered my food at 10:45 PM with an estimated delivery time of 1130. My time was delayed multiple times all the way up until 1 o’clock in the morning when they told me that my order would never be delivered, and for all of this, they gave me a five dollar credit after I had waited over two hours for my food and ended up having to go to bed hungry with no food. Customer service did not want to provide any type of credit and were incredibly rude. I was transferred multiple times or flat out ignored before I finally received anything which was a measly five dollars.
it's insane how bad Grubhub is. 6 different orders all with issues delivering. The latest? Their driver dropped it off on the street outside of our apartment complex, so of course it was taken. When we contacted them to reorder, they brought THE WRONG ORDER - from the wrong restaurant and type of cuisine. They then offered $5 credit, and then finally $20, and by the time we agreed on that - they ONLY SENT $10. Two hours later, no food ordered, and horrible service demonstrated. Uber & postmates and doordash forever.

Had to get food myself no delivery and no refund
I was shocked when my boyfriend ordered Doordash and it arrived in 30 minutes because after 4 hours of waiting for grubhub, I had to go pick up my own food. Later, when I tried to get a refund, nobody could find the order because it was through the five guys site. I contacted the second delivery driver, asking why she said she had delivered it when she hadn't. She said, "So I could get paid. Don't contact me". I said it wasn't her fault and took the loss but honestly this was terrible service. I regret paying for delivery when I had to get my food myself and don't trust Grubhub

Specifically asked for no onions and the burger was covered in them. The bag was also ripped when it arrived and fries were falling out. Getting a refund took way too much effort.

Title says it all. I drove for them, delivered every single order on time, no issues. I took a hiatus from driving for a few months, which shouldn't have been an issue as Grubhub assigns deliveries based on when the drivers sign in and say they are available. Well, I tried to sign back in, and received an unpersonal email informing me they were terminating my account. When I tried to follow up, they gave me a vague answer that I had done something that wasn't up to their standard. When I asked what exactly that was, I was left on read forever. This is no way to run a business; shame on this horrible app.
