We do make note of this on each specific item on their product page whether they qualify for free returns, or if the return cost would be your responsibility. When items are on sale or reduced pricing, those usually will not apply. We do offer 10.00 prepaid return labels for those purchases to try and offer a low cost return option. I do see it took 10 days from when it left our warehouse to arrive. Reviewing the history it looks like the USPS must have incorrectly routed your package since it ended up in Wyoming, Colorado and then Kansas before getting to you. My sincere apologies about that!
