Great Seller
I ordered some pickleball equipment for our neighborhood courts. The price was the lowest I found for my item. After their fast, helpful support for a website issue that prevented my order from going through, the shipping updates were helpful and the item arrived undamaged despite its larger size and weight.

Great sale and quick shipment on the Puma Deviate Nitro 4. I don't care for the shoes, but that's not Holabird's fault in any way. But I would not hesitate to order from Holabird again.

Buying Holabird since 1976!
I’ve been buying from Holabird since I played high school sports in the 70’s. I got their name from a running magazine add. Then came the internet…it made it easier to order! Great company!

No response from customer service
No response from customer service. I purchased sneakers and received them but they were too small, I wanted a larger size. The return required approval, I emailed requesting support to exchange the pair. I never heard back so called a few days later. I spoke to someone who said exchanges were simple, fill out the form. I did and returned them. I have been waiting for the pair to arrive and today noticed a refund email. It has een a month - I’m just trying to get a pair of sneakers. Sorry I tried this company. Terrible service. Wonder if I hear back from them after this review.

Maria- Good morning and thank you for shopping with Holabird Sports. My sincere apologies for the issue with your order. I see your order was refunded because we did not have your desired size for exchange in stock. We apologize about that but unfortunately cannot guarantee we have your size in stock at the time your return arrived back to us. I do see you were issued a courtesy prepaid return label since your item did not originally qualify for free returns, and were refunded immediately upon receipt of the shoes by our warehouse. We certainly pride ourselves on great service, and you will surely hear from our team as a follow up. Have a great weekend. Thank you.
Shipping time was too long

Good afternoon and thank you for shopping with Holabird Sports. I am sorry to hear your order took longer to arrive than anticipated! It looks like since both of your items were on sale/clearance they did not qualify for our upgraded shipping but did ship via our basic free shipping. We will make note of the shipment to FedEx that it took significantly longer than it should have! In the future, we offer free 2 day or upgraded shipping on many of our items, or low price paid shipping options if you need quicker. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Have a great day!
