Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers frequently complained that their online purchases never arrived after many weeks of waiting, despite paying for expedited shipping. Buyers also experienced extremely frustrating communication barriers when attempting to reach customer support because the listed phone numbers were completely disconnected and emails went entirely unanswered. Some reviewers were happy with the actual items once they finally arrived, noting that the apparel fit well and featured nicely crafted materials. A few customers also mentioned receiving unexpected free bonus merchandise as compensation for dealing with the very significant shipping delays.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Comfy material, but it's only camo printed on one side. The other side is white, which will work for winter camo, but I would have preferred camonon both sides Also, the hook logo is printed in white on the Camo side. If you just want this for camping or fishing, you're set, but if you want something tactical, go for a dedicated camo or dark color option.
