Giving no stars is not an option. Quick to take my money, but no delivery of goods ordered. Sent e-mail with no response. Called the number on the Web site multiple times, phone off the hook. Check reviews of online dealers. Shop safe and smart. I will be now.

Ordered item on June 28th as of July 21st there have been no updates or information on the item ordered. Wondering if the item will even arrive at this point. Unable to call and have not heard back via any message sent

I ordered on 6/5/26. I still haven't received my order. The phone number u have listed is disconnected. I sent an email in regards to the issue and still no response. That was 14 days after I made the order that I sent the email.

Still hasn't shipped and no one will reply.

Almost 20 days and the item still has not shipped. Have contacted via email, no reply. Phone line is disconnected. Message on Instagram, no reply. Luckily, I only made a $20 purchase. Have a feeling I am out that 20. Do not buy from this company.

Never received my order or a response to my query about such order

Paid for order that never showed up.

I placed an order on June 1, was charged $35 dollars for it, got a confirmation email saying the order would be shipped with next day shipping. It's 15 days later and the order still hasn't arrived. I downloaded the Shop app to track my package like the confirmation email suggested, but my order didn't even show up in their system. I sent an email to customer service over a week ago and haven't heard from them, and I called the customer service # on their website only to get an automated message saying the number is no longer in service. Don't know what the deal is, but I was charged for a hat, still don't have it, and every way I try to reach someone is a dead end.

3 weeks later and order still not shipped

3 weeks later and still my order hasn’t been shipped. I have tried emailing, calling (number listed on website is not in operation), and reaching out on social media. Finally after weeks someone responded 1 time on FB messenger

STAY AWAY FROM HOOK 360

This is a BOGUS Company! I ordered a product in the middle of April 2026 & expected to receive in before May 5 since they boast of next day shipping. It never arrived. I tried calling their Phone number which is disconnected. I requested a refund via email & was told they sent my item + another free item. Still nothing received by 6/13, & no refund issued despite 2nd request. Since I have their lies in writing, I am calling my credit card company to deny the charges. If you value your hard-earned money, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HOOK 360!!
