I was wondering to refinance my 2020…

I was wondering to refinance my 2020 Hyundai elantra and was suggested to iLanding by myTransunion credit bureau. I was introduced to Alan Haire as my loan consultant and with my very first interaction with him I feel I'm in good hands. He is very good in his job and bring me a very good offer for my refinace which reduce my monythly payment almost half from what i was paying ealier and also a very impressive APR. I'm impressed with his approach which is not only indicate his professional competance but also as a great and funtastic human being worth to interact with. I highly recommend this business, and also to Alan Haire if you want to work with him...I have all my recommendations for him. It was a truely wonderful experince for me. Thanks Alan

Quick, Easy 4% reduction in rate

Very quick and easy and resulted in a just over 4% drop in my rate. Very professional load originators who definitely wanted me to buy Gap but were happy to remove it when I stated it wasn’t needed. Would use again.

Ryan is the best

Ryan is the best ! I felt like he was a friend of mine ! While every other place rejected me because my credit score isn’t very good, ( it was 694 in 2024, but that’s another story ), Ryan never gave me any negative feedback, and just got it done ! We agree for 13% interest rate. After all the papers work done. I was paying 16% interest. It took me 3 months to figure it out.until now I doubt that my inquiry is solved

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I spoke with a man give all my information and got a text I was approved and never heard from that trash man again! On top of you ran my credit and when that’s done it lowers your credit so this company purposely does this to people! I wouldn’t recommend no one to do business with this company ! Very unprofessional!

Was pre qualified to lower my car note

Please do not apply I got a letter about pre-qualified to lower my payment went through the application had a hard pull on my credit all for them to tell me I was approved for a refinance loan of $561 when my truck note is $524 what a joke Please dont ever contact me again because this shit will affect my homeownership all I was trying to do was lower my note because clearly if my not is $524 a month haven't missed a payment yet I could clearly pay a lower payment this is a scam please dont use this company they prey on ppl just to get your information

Misleading and poor customer service

Unfortunately, I do not share the same reviews as others. Customer service was poor at best with my representative. Misleading information, lack of transparency and lies quite frankly. Nevertheless, my experience was not a positive. I hope others will have better luck but I would not recommend.

They will make your phone practically useless with their spam calls.

I was just shopping around for rates and entered my info into their site. Huuuuge mistake. They will not stop calling. It doesn’t matter how many numbers you block, they’ll just spoof another one in order to keep harassing you. This kind of sales tactic is not only annoying and gross and a massive turn-off from ever doing business with them, it’s got me considering changing my phone number. Do not touch this company with a 50 foot pole if you value your sanity.

The team at iLending were courteous, patient, and respectful. They answered all my questions and explained in detail on the process of refinancing. They also followed up with refinancing updates and let’s you know right away if approved or not.

This entity is a scam artist, good at ripping people off.

This entity is a scam artist. They tell you one thing about the interest rates while rushing to endorse documents. They will remove the gap insurance you need and apply interest rates you would never agree upon. Don't get scammed by this misleading company. They're an unethical rip-off.

The harassing calls from this place are crazy and I've never been with them in the first place. If I ever needed a loan I defintely won't go with them now because of all the calls.

Outstanding from start to finish lowered my used car loan from 23% interest to 8% interest and payments lowered by almost $90 for the same amount of time the people were very nice and listen to everything I explained to them and gave me the best deal would highly recommend
