My expectations were met and exceeded

I found this company on the TransUnion app, it was offered to help me refinance my Jeep. I am so glad I looked into it. The process was easy and quick, all paperwork was completed online. Branden was my loan agent, his customer service was top tier. He was very thorough and patient through the whole process I was able to each him via text, phone, and email and his response time was less than 24hrs. I highly recommend exploring the option to do business with them and ask for Branden!

I was so excited to work with this company, was approved, signed everything, did the notary and THEN….a week later I’m told I need to put up almost $2000!! My current loan was down to $19000.00 refinanced $35,000 😩🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 no way SCAM to be exact Good luck if you do business here

Quick response to giving me a lower payment

Quickly answered my need for a lower payment which I got in just a few days

I was approved for a refinance the rate…

I was approved for a refinance the rate and term were ok. I wasn’t too thrilled about adding additional months to my loan for the lower rate but was told that was the only way to get that rate. It was the customer service from my representative that was awful.When I asked to see the loan and security disclosure and wanted to think about ( aka review) the document without being put on the spot to sign while a rep was on the phone with me ) I was told that is not how things were done and the rep became very rude with me. I am glad I followed my gut and didn’t let him pressure me into signing . I was able the same evening to apply to a credit union get an even better rate ( with less fees) and not have to add an additional longer term to my loan to get that rate.

Andrea really listened to my needs and made sure they were met

Andrea really took time with me to answer all of my many questions and naw sure I was comfortable with the option I chose. She got me a really good rate with terms that worked for me. The process was easy to understand along the way and she was there for any question I had. Recommend the 10/10!

Professional, friendly, great rates!

I don't remember how I found them (Nerdwallet maybe) - but they were fantastic! I worked with Kristie and she was so kind. She listened to what I wanted and found the best rate for me - when she called to tell me, I was shocked that she found a rate almost 5 points lower than what I had. She was great about explaining all details, followed up as needed, and made sure all was done correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Wish I did it sooner...

10 out of 10 experience! They really made it so easy. Worked around my schedule and got it done in a week. Ray Gifford was the expert that helped me. Got my rate cut in half, my payment is now $200 less and I dont have to make another payment till next month. I can't thank them enough!!!
