This return process is unacceptable
This return process is unacceptable. I submitted a return request, and instead of simply providing an RMA, they replied with explanations about each item to persuade me to keep them. Then they highlight sale prices and add a $12 shipping fee. It’s clearly a tactic to stall until the 15‑day return window expires. It feels shady. I just want the RMA—nothing more.

Luna Ultra has been useful for small creative shots, especially close-up details and quick clips. I am still experimenting, but it feels like there is room to do more with it.
I'm very happy to use Ista 360 xpro 2. For me is the best simple use camera. I use it on my ATV and for scuba diving. The very important note are the simple use, the stabilization and, the most important, the sensibility. You can use it in very difficult situation of light. The video don't lose color and fluidity. The comfortable size is very little and the rotation screen give good seen in every position.
A very professional and dynamic approach. A very quick quote. The process was handled smoothly and I felt well looked after at every stage.

Great camera, solid performance, and a useful discount code
I recently bought an Insta360 camera after doing quite a bit of research and comparing it with other action cameras. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
The image quality is impressive, especially the stabilisation. Even when filming while walking or in more dynamic situations, the footage stays smooth. The editing tools in the app are also easy to use, which is a big plus if you don’t want to spend hours on a computer.
Battery life has been decent for my use, and the build quality feels solid. I mainly use it for travel and outdoor content, and so far it has handled different conditions well.
Before ordering, I looked around for a working discount or promo code because these cameras aren’t exactly cheap. I ended up using the code INRTOH5, which applied an extra discount at checkout on the official Insta360 store. It worked without any issues for me.

GO Ultra is convenient more than anything else. I can take it out, record a few clips, and not overthink the setup. That is enough for me right now.
Love the camera but I’ve been dealing with customer service for almost a week over a $30 mini remote that hasn’t worked since the day I bought it. Why is it so damn hard for a billion+ dollar company to just send me another one. I’d even send the broken one back. This should be a simple issue for them to deal with but they seem to prefer going around their ass to scratch an elbow.

Amazing company to deal with!!! Had an issue with a broken camera, after emailing them they instantly got back to me and within a day arranged me to send off FOC to get replaced.. communication thought out was faultless. The lady (Joyce) who I was speaking to always helpful & polite, from start to finish getting my new camera took a week !!! IF ONLY every comment treated customers this way.
Luna Ultra feels good for on-the-go recording. I like the small size and the fact that I can Still check framing properly. It fits casual content pretty well.
I bought an Insta360 X5 ACTION camera.
I also bought batteries, charger, bicycle handlebar mount, memory card and lense protection.
After some 3 months of light use, camera broke off the Insta360 bicycle handlebar mount.
Company refused any refund, stating that the small print at the end of their product page states that the bicycle handlebar mount is only for nice flat roads and low speeds.
However, the mount on the camera is designed by using a very small steel plate that is just molded into some soft and brittle plastic.
With a tall and top-heavy camera, this is bound to fail from action vibrations - just a matter of time. Not a defective unit, but a bad design.
Insta360 company concluded that it is my fault that my camera broke and refused any refund.
So I got gaslighted and cheated.
Appalling experience.
