Girl, save your money. The photos on their site are of $300 dresses (Rat &Boa) and you’re not getting a $300 dress for $40! I ordered 4 dresses for $40 each, they only sent 3 and I never got the fourth. They are trash. I mean you can wear them sure but the quality is horrible. You can find these dresses on SHEIN for $15, the exact dresses. Don’t do it. It took close to a month for the trash to arrive.

Dress was not as pictured. Reached out and said I wanted to return, after 4 times of them saying, " you pay for shipping, do you want to return" and me replying "yes" I still have not been issued a return.
I wish I had read the reviews and done more digging before buying from here. I ordered this beautiful dress from their website and was excited to wear it for my photo shoot that I had coming up, the shipping said it would take 7-12 business days but it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gotten it. I tried reaching out to them a week ago about when I should expect my order to come in and they still haven’t responded. I’ve also tried calling their company number to request a refund and it doesn’t work…very disappointed with this website and I just wish I could get my $60 back.

Every online store should allow returns and refunds — this one technically does, but strongly advises against it due to customs fees and high return costs. In my case, returning the item would have cost more than the product itself.
They should clearly inform users about this before purchase, especially for European customers. If selling to Europe brings these kinds of issues, maybe just don’t sell here.
Instead of a proper return, they offered a ridiculous compensation, and now I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t even fit.
Really bad experience — I won’t be buying from them again.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The quality was very poor. I ordered one top in an extra large ( I wanted it oversized to fall off my shoulders) and it barely fit my 11 year old tiny neighbors daughter. The cute tie dye pants? Don't bother very thin and the fabric was low quality. The cute Silvery top that is oversized I ordered the S/M and it is huge! I mean I could fit three people in it. Another sweater black and white striped is falling apart after wearing it for just a few hours. I was told that they will give me $7 compensation WTH or if I mail it back to China, which I had no clue that was where it was coming from, is very expensive to ship it back and they will not except, FedEx, UPS or any other carries but USPS. It also took almost 3 weeks to get delivered. A very expensive lesson for sure.

DO NOT BUY FROM IVA GIRL. Total scam artists. I ordered 4 dresses. I got two of the dresses (although one looks like a cheap knock off vs what’s shown in the picture) and two completely different items than what I ordered. When I reached out they said that two of my items were out of stock and so they just sent two other items that were “similar” so that I could “receive the items as soon as possible”. What?! Then offered me $10 compensation and said they have a very low profit margin. How is that the customers problem? They sent me a wrap shorts outfit and some dress that looks like I’d be going to a renaissance festival dressed as a peasant. Not similar AT ALL. When I pushed for returning the items they said I would have to pay for shipping and that shipping to China would be more than $50 and they didn’t think that was a “wise choice” and then offered me $20 compensation. So THEY chose to not state the items were out of stock, THEY chose two random outfits to replace what I actually ordered, and now I either have to pay more for shipping than one of the dresses and who knows if I’d ever get a refund or I’m stuck with stuff I’d rather burn than wear and accept a measly $20 offer? These folks are making money hand over fist with these practices, low profit margins my foot! Give me a break.

Firstly this order took 5 weeks to arrive, Then the top and skirt only vaguely looked like the image. The colour was different, the fabric cheap, bad quality of make, loose thread ends , bad stitching and generally ugly looking very the selling image. DO NOT BUY ! Ivadress, you keep contacting me to offer a refund but this is not resolved. You have asked for this review to be removed. I see other comments about false promises with regards to refunds. I would be extremely careful before ordering from Ivadress.

It has been over 45 days and still have not received the merchandise i purchased. I have reached out to inquire several times and keep getting the same feed back. ( a run around) i have now requested a refund twice now. No merchandise. No refund.

I placed an order and then I immediately the next morning tried to cancel it and every day afterwards in the morning in the afternoon in the evening and late at night excessively trying to and then we just keep sending me the same email your name I would comply and I was being ignored I was offered at one point finally a cancellation and then I accepted and they still would not cancel 4 days later they said my orders being shipped and it's at the warehouse they knew I did not want to order and I knew I could not ship it back to China and it was for over $300 I opened up a dispute I am beyond Furious
