I ordered my dresses for vacation mid February. Still have not received them and vacation is in 2 weeks. They are zero help via email. I'm so frustrated and angry. And to top it off, I found the exact dress, model and all, on shein for like 13 bucks. I paid them 42. Do not trust this company

The company was very nice in letting me exchange part of my order for something new. They responded quickly to my emails and made the process easy. Thank you.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It took 3 months to receive item and I had to contact several times. You can not return anything because the post office can not use the address given and the item received looked NOTHING like the item in the picture. What they showed in the picture was a photo of a quality dress and then sent was a fake version of the dress shown and the quality was awful.

Do not order from this site. It is a bunch of trash. I ordered the Tessy Denim Metal Button Zipper Shirt pencil skirt dress. They advertise real metal buttons, but it is hard plastic. The sizes are totally incorrect. The waist is short, the skirt portion is misaligned. Just trash.

This company is a complete scam! The dress I received looks nothing like the pictures—cheap fabric, terrible quality, and completely misleading advertising. I begged them to cancel my order because they failed to meet the promised delivery time, but they flat-out refused. They deliberately ignored my requests and shipped it anyway.
Now that I want to return it, they have disappeared! No response to emails, no way to contact them—just silence. This is clearly a fraudulent business that takes your money and runs. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from IVA Dress unless you enjoy being scammed!

If it were possible I would rate this store 0. One of the dresses came dirty, bad quality, completely different colors in reality. I wanted to make a return, on the website it is written that if the return is due to iva dress they cover the shipping costs. Unfortunately I got a message that they always check dresses before sending and I have to cover all costs. the cost of returning to China plus any customs fees would exceed the purchase price.
I recommend avoiding this store !!
Now I am left with dresses that I will never wear and I can't get my money back

Very poor quality and sizing is completely off. Looked nothing like the photo and was even labelled two different sizes within the same dress. Fighting with them to get a partial refund was a nightmare. Do not buy from them!!

They offer you a $3 refund and u keep the dress or you pay $50 to return to China when you've already paid for the dress. So it's just a scam to keep your money. So either was u lose out om more money.
