I would of liked more help getting my bags on when getting in the shuttle coming home and getting off the shuttle at my car. I needed extra help cause i am disabled with a cane. It was great when I was departing but not as good when I was coming home to get my car. Sense of urgency on that part for all drivers.

Good Parking

I like being able to park my vehicle, get transport to and from the airport, and not worrying about my the condition of my vehicle during my trip.

When trying to cancel a pending rental

When trying to cancel a pending rental, all I got was the circle of death. It never opened after repeated attempts over 3 days. Still waiting for a phone call from Kimberly.

The drivers are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is it takes a long time to get a shuttle some times from the airport.

Fast & Safe

No wait time at all when you arrive at the lot. The roaming shuttle bus looks for people coming in to quickly get them to the airport. Also, it's a very safe place to leave a vehicle for a couple of weeks; my car was untouched by anything except dust & bird poop.
