Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently share that the ordered products feature stunning quality, beautiful details, and gorgeous materials that make special events truly memorable. People also widely appreciate the reliable delivery service, noting that packages arrive safely on time and the overall online ordering process remains completely straightforward.
However, some people mentioned that items occasionally arrived heavily wrinkled because they were tightly packed into very small boxes for shipping. A few other consumers also felt that certain garments suffered from unexpected quality flaws, unwanted material snags, or noticeable sizing inconsistencies upon final arrival.

I absolutely love the dress, it’s the perfect emerald green colour, it fits my body perfectly due to the custom design option and the material is great, it’s flowy but also high quality, there are a couple things that I think could use improving though, due to the sleeves being attachable/detachable if you move your arms around too much then the sleeve button pops out. Another thing that could use improving is the packaging, like I said I absolutely love the dress it’s gorgeous! However due to the tiny box it arrived in it was extremely wrinkled and because the dress can’t be washed I now have to pay to get it steamed.

Used jjs house to do the try on service for my wedding dress. It was so easy, they basically do all the hard work so you can just try your dress on and return It to the post office within 7 days. Dresses are gorgeous. I ended up keeping my second try on dress as loved it so much and got a discount on it. Cannot wait to wear it to our wedding this year.
Chatted to their customer services team a couple of times and they were super helpful.
Also used the try on service for bridesmaid dresses and again, so easy. Dresses are great quality, sadly this time the dress we picked was in a different colour for the try on but size was perfect so was easy to order the dress in the right colour.
Can't fault them at all, if you are on the fence go for it!

Great experience. Made finding a dress a piece of cake.
I had an appointment at 6 pm on Saturday 25th April ( a hot day in London). Ali was my helper, and she was friendly, helpful and fun to look at dresses with. Top tip..if you've looked at dresses on line, make a note of the number not the name, as this is how they find them in store. Ali patiently found the dresses I liked that I knew were in-store, and also with myself and my daughter looked at swatches to get the exact colour I wanted. First dress I tried on ..loved it! Tried a couple more of the 6 I'd chosen, but no, bought the first one! Ali found a different dress in my preferred colour so I could make sure it suited me which I would never have considered! ( Very pale pink). Really pleased I went to the shop as the colours are not quite what they may appear online.

The quality of the dresses are very nice. We have a wedding and we ordered Bridal Party dresses as well as Mother of the Bride dress. We chose the custom fit and sent in our sizes. When we received our dresses, they fit perfectly! We are so happy with JJ's House! The prices were very reasonable as well.

Recently purchased a dress from this site and have had it delivered, the dress is beautiful, and I understand the want to keep delivery prices down but when spending the best part of £200 on a dress i would have expected the dress to be packaged and sent with a bit more finesse. Instead it turnt up like something id ordered from temu. Vacuum packed into a tiny box.
