Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.shipping was on time and item was properly packaged no damage or defects item was accurate it was as advertised online customer service was helpful and responsive i researched this item on other websites and could not find a price to even come close overall one of the better experiences i have had with doll companies
Excellent timely communication about shipping and after sale service. The doll has a head color which does not match the color of the body and they made a new head with right color to be delivered . Great, reliable service.
Fantastic customer service!!! Made changes for me even after I had ordered and were very professional throughout the communication prior and after receiving the package. The doll met every expectation and impressed me beyond expectations. If you’re on the fence about ordering one, just go ahead and trust that you will get exactly what you want and don’t skimp on the features, get exactly what you want. The doll is so real… it jump scares me sometimes! I wasn’t expecting the weight of the doll but adds to the realism, my Fiancee was also impressed with the doll, we have her staged in our guest room in a neat pose. Thank you! Highly recommend.
I'm quite satisfied with the products and their timely arrival.
Excellent seller! Went above and beyond getting me what I needed in short time frame. Responded to my emails very quickly Even with the 12 hour time difference. Will definitely order again crazy
I ordered a replacement penis for my sex though and it was way smaller than necessary. It was not anatomically correct and when I attached it to the body it sunk inside the body. So I emailed the company as soon as I received the penis and realize it was way too small and expedite exchanged it mind you it was soft and floppy so it was not used for penetration. I was told that I could not exchange it even though it had never used only open to see what the product was and how it fit.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we’re genuinely sorry to hear this. We’d like to clarify that this item is produced according to standard specifications, and the size itself is not considered a defect. Compatibility can vary depending on the specific doll model and internal structure. We also understand that you installed the item to check the fit. However, due to strict hygiene and safety regulations for intimate products, items that have been installed or tested cannot be returned or exchanged. That said, we truly want to help resolve this for you. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly with your doll model — we’d be happy to recommend the correct size and offer a special solution to make this right for you. Thank you again for your understanding. Warm regards, Kanadoll Team
Kanadoll made sure to review my order to make sure the items colors matched. They kept me updated on the customized item and sent out the in stock items quickly. Having persistent feedback on order status really helps ease the mind when waiting on an expensive item. I will likely use them again.

Excellent store, great team, and respectful customer service. This isn't my first purchase from Kanadoll, and everything is great and top-notch! I recommend!
I highly recommend kanadoll as they are a very trustworthy and reliable sex doll vendor. Their sales team led by Lily and Naomi are the most kind, patient and thoughtful people I've met online. They're very honest with the customer and are very helpful in making recommendations on what to ideally purchase based on your budget and product preferences. Transacting with them was a very pleasant and painless experience and I'm looking forward to buying from them again. So yeah, to those who are as of yet undecided on where to buy their sex doll from, kanadoll is the number one choice.
Good quality affordable prices and you get what you see
I had a very positive dealing with this company things came nicely packed no damage had constant updates on its arrival and I'm very happy with the product I would recommend kanadoll to anyone purchasing a doll just like me I was very nervous but they came through with flying colors one thing I would keep in mind in the future was to keep the weight of the doll down as they're very heavy to move when you're old
Bad experience with my purchase. I paid for 2 extra options on my doll. They only installed one.
Good products
I've bought it 3 times already. The dolls always same like pictures.Easy to purchase with everyway, free shipping and great secret delivery.
Great customer service. Great products. Fast shipping. Personally it's a good company for anything you need.
Product received, in this case a male doll. The quality is very good. Kanadoll provides excellent customer service and is always willing to answer any questions about the purchase and the product. Recommended company and its products to enjoy to the fullest.
I likee the product a lot but the one I bought was sadly to small if you know what I mean so I kind of wasted 140 sadly is due part to my own negligence but if I had the money I would buy a better one
