I was thankful that this site wasn't a scam and that I got my product. The thing that I would suggest is getting the website more updated and responsive. Also to send more updates on the order since it takes a few weeks for delivery.
I purchased two items from the webiste, once a masturbator which was of great quality but also too tight and the material was too hard to be used proper. And a second time a Raiden mini s doll from the gacha game which was just as described by the website. I also had accidently made a small error with the purchase process and the customer service helped me resolve it in a very reasonable time which was great. The only small issue I had was their choice of courier service of which wasn't a very informative one and considering the high price of the items it made me worry about the delivery needlesy. Regardless based on my 2 experiencesat the moment I can recommend Kanadoll.

They gave me a free upgrade to compensate for the damaged doll. All in all very great support and helpfulness. i received it yesterday,a full size one, it is great and realistic, in some ways is even better than in the pictures, the weight makes it even more realistic. mind that u should first attach the head to doll before putting on the wig, i recommend using elastic strechy material clothes. customer service is excellent you get to talk with real person not some AI. shippment super fast 3.5 working days (5.5 days with weekend included cos placed order on thursday) and delivery guy helped to climb it up in the building (UPS).
My initial experience purchasing my first doll started out great! They reached out to let me know that I would likely encounter trouble with my chosen options on a specific doll body. I thought that was excellent of them to help prevent an issue. We arranged for a different doll body that was a little bit more, but I got to keep the option that I couldn’t get. When the doll arrived the factory did not install one of the upgrades chosen. I communicated with Betty who has been very responsive and understanding. Ultimately they compensated me fairly and because of how awesome the doll is, I ordered another doll with the other body that I liked and an ROS head.

Overall i was impressed with the quality and lifelikeness, measurements were true to size but seemed smaller than expected. The only reason i gave 4 instead of five stars was the two fingernails that were not attached.

I originally left a positive review for Kanadoll based on the initial delivery experience. Unfortunately, a latent manufacturing defect has since revealed itself: the charging connector detached cleanly with zero solder, zero torn pads, zero bent pins and visible oxidation on both mating surfaces — conditions that are incompatible with a properly soldered joint. Despite providing clear physical evidence, Kanadoll repeatedly refused to request additional photos, pad close‑ups or any material that would allow a real technical review. Instead, they sent irrelevant photos and a generic assembly video that does not show soldering and does not relate to my device. They then demanded an “independent inspection report,” a burden‑shifting tactic no legitimate consumer‑protection system requires. Their responses were circular, evasive and clearly scripted. Every reply came from the same customer‑service address, making their claim of “management review” highly doubtful. The company has intentionally limited the evidence so they can deny responsibility, despite the defect being physically obvious. My original positive review no longer reflects my experience. This updated review documents the actual handling of the issue.

I bought my first doll from Kanadall. The reason why I chose Kanadall is because the owner of the showroom recommended this site to me. I ordered Isolind from the new DIME Doll brand. I received a very nice doll and I am satisfied with it. However, we must also mention some problems until this doll is delivered. The dolls were not made according to the specifications we ordered, and we had to remake a new doll from scratch, or we received finished photos of another buyer's order. As a result, it took a long time to receive the product. What we should be thankful for is that customer support of Kanadall was kind enough to address any issues that arose and ultimately delivered a satisfactory doll. So I just ordered another doll from a different brand. I believe that when I receive this doll, I will be able to give it a 5-star rating.
There were shipping issues due to my location. However, Kanadoll representatives worked with me to inform me of the extra shipping charges. The US in-stock doll would have cost more than $500 additional to ship to me, it was than cheaper for the doll to be manufactured to the same specs of the doll I ordered in there facility in Asia. They even agreed to some additional features such as the finger skeleton and the movable shoulder options as well as the default options my Galaxy doll came with. They were constantly in contact if there were any issues like the factory advising that the 157c slim body I ordered would be more fragile with the finger skeleton so they suggested the 150c that had slightly thicker hands for the skeleton. They provided image examples as well as offered extra wigs and eyes to accommodate the change, which was appreciated. Between them and Galaxy dolls factory, I received pretty top-notch service. The doll I was very impressed with, Galaxy dolls manufacture process of course shows slight lines from the mold but its minimal. Quality seems excellent, this is the first life-size doll I have ever owned. Painting on her for details I swear in some lights there seems like veins were painted on then slightly touched over to blend in with the skin tone. To also note, there is the chemical smell of the TPE but after the first wash it has reduced a fair amount and after the next several washes I expect it to go away. I cant express enough how impressed I am with Galaxy doll. From what I researched on another site they under JX dolls umbrella but manufacture more westerner themed dolls as opposed to JX dolls who focus on Asian themed ones correct me if Im wrong. Overall the customer service I received through Kanadoll was beyond amazing, shout out to Galaxy dolls who did an amazing job with my doll, detail and craftsmanship is there while being more affordable than most competitors. The only issue I have is the size and weight since I have never owned a life-size doll, I underestimated that one. Not in any way either companies fault, from what I read roughly 60lbs is normal for her size. I also want to point out that in no way a care package was ever mentioned. The other day I received a package I was not expecting. They had sent over a full-size blanket (with images dolls I believe), drying towel, moisture absorbent sticks, and some personal lubricant. I was not expecting that and it was very appreciated. Again, Kanadoll service, and Galaxy dolls product are both excellent. Don't hesitate to purchase through Kanadoll.
