5 stars for customer service, and the product itself. However, they should probably consider a new delivery company. I had many issues with my scheduled white glove delivery (including them not delivering on the scheduled day). When I reached out to customer service about my delivery, Becky was able to sort it out for me. She was wonderful and I am happy with my new bed.

Amazing white glove delivery! Excellent communication from company and delivery service and they were in and out in maybe 10 minutes setting up my table and taking the trash with! Couldn’t recommend more! Love my new table!!

I have not received the floor mirror or the second of two verdigris dishes.

It took a few months to receive a very expensive item that was required for me to pay for set up. Once delivered, the delivery drivers said that parts were missing and that they could not set up the bed. Two weeks later a family member and I put the bed together securely with the parts at hand. Rosie at customer service was very apologetic and worked to rectify the situation. I love the bed and I now believe this was a problem with the delivery drivers.

Delivery was a problem. The company they used didn’t send the guys needed to deliver. Once delivered, I show the driver where a marker was scribbled on the front door, and to please take a picture and notify the company. I have heard nothing back. I have work with Kathy Kuo before and everything was fine. This situation has been a whole bunch of difficulties

The return experience is kind of a nightmare. I like the products, but if you are buying multiples of things to see if they go together, like pillows and some arrive late they may not return your item after 7 days. I called three days in a row and left messages before receiving a call back. I even emailed. Not the type of company where you can easily get ahold of someone.

My item wasn't part of their holiday promo, so they gave me $80 off, which was nice. The delivery was cancelled and they took care of sorting that out with the delivery service. The table is scratched upon arrival and I didn't notice until later that day.
