I called for information and though I didn't get it as fast as I expected, They sent me the info with an apology acknowledging their delayed response, which restores my confidence in basic customer service. Especially in these days when the lost art of common sense customer service is lost. They were friendly, very helpful and I love my purchase!

This lamp has been on my radar for a long time & I finally have just the right place for it. ;) It’s well made & sturdy however the “linen” shade is polyester. While I would’ve preferred some texture it’s not a deal breaker.

Horrible delivery dates leaving me with no bedroom for months. Horrible attempts at scheduling delivery.

Excellent curated selection, website design and product information, and most importantly, exceptional customer service! I love their chat feature. Their agents have helped me answer so many questions about products, shipping, and design. I have also had excellent customer service experiences post delivery. For example, I ordered two arm chairs that had slight fabric imperfections due to the packaging straps digging into the arms during shipping. They sent a technician who quickly and expertly fixed the problem. Very impressed with the quality of their response and the resolution. The products always reflect the website description, and I believe the quality matches the price.

I have not decided the products to purchase yet but so far the specialist Ms Hannah has been amazing! Years ago I relied on the design team for my entrance of previous home and it came out really great. Well, I received an ugly hospital green umbrella when I ordered a palm beach mint one and no one got back to me for a week and when they did they said it was not something they can honor and refused to offer a free return. Very bad customer service, slow and unprofessional :/
