Problems with checking out.
Great website and fast response. The only problem was at check out. I almost said forget it. It keeps saying my phone number or address is wrong. I figured out you need to put dashes in the phone number for it to work.

My October 26th order was twice sent to me incorrectly.
After placing the two incorrect items in my door way for
pickup I finally received the correct item (68001) on November 27th.
I was promised that due to the delay
and aggravation they would reimburse me for the original purchase.
I reminded them on December 4th and am still waiting for the refund.
Hope to see it next year.

Fantastic from Start to Finish
The ordering experience through the website was easy and they had both outdoor fridge models I needed where others did not. Knowing that the fridge models were hard to find I even called the day after my order to make sure they actually had them. They called their warehouse, confirmed they were indeed in stock and that I'd receive them shortly. Sure enough I received the shipping confirmation that day and received both refrigerators exactly 7 days after ordering them...and that included the Thanksgiving holiday in between those!
