The cover does not fit grill as presented. Too small. All measurements were verified but cover is way too small for designated grill. Also the delivery was delayed by FedEx every day for one and one half weeks. Very disappointing.

Yes, I was notified each time my product was once again declared as on backorder and yes, I received an email reply when I first emailed with a question as to why my Visa was charged for the product even though I still do not have it. However, I ordered in December. Was told product should arrive late January or early February. Here it is January 29th and now today I received an email stating my product would not arrive before March. To me, that is not good service. I hope I don't receive yet another delayed product arrival notice. Disappointed.

Matt, Julie, Karen, and Vince were there the entire way with great communication during the ordering and shipment process. I ordered a cart and gas grill - it arrived damaged. I took pictures of the damaged parts and Kick Ass Grills quickly sent out the replacement parts. The Blaize pit is extremely high quality - looking forward to years of use!
