Overall good but I would have liked to see if there was an open box option for this mirror to save a bit and I just couldn't seem to navigate it.

We have purchased lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus over the years and the company offers very nice products. When we wanted to replace a couple of outdoor wall lights for our home, Lamps Plus was the first place we looked and we found the perfect lighting.

Terrible customer service
Sent me a fan that broke, sent the parts to fix. Decided to try and return for refund and get a better product. They were terrible. Basically charging me to ship it back, for cut wires, missing parts etc. By the time I’d return it, I’d lose $150-200 of the value (I’m estimating). Don’t buy their products, the parts are also a pain to get for them (downrods). Their customer service is terrible. By a name brand like Hunter.
