I received a defective product
I received a defective product. I had to order another one and pay for it, then will send the defective one back. Your policy is send back first and then you will replace. I needed this order as I have guests coming.

Thank you for contacting me and keeping me updated regarding sales and coupon codes. You've made it easy online to order and chat if needed. The only thing is when given a phone number to call someone you've spoken to, it goes to voice mail and it seems hopeless. You've given hope because the sales person is so very nice and helpful but in reaching back to them for any corrections is fruitless. But above that, your reminder messages are fantastic.

Unopened item returned; refund never received
I returned 2 unopened lighting items; to Lampsplus; both at the same time. Each box had a separate return label provided to me. Only one item was refunded. I have made more than 5 attempts to receive my refund. I have called and spoken to representatives, I have emailed them. Their response twice was to email more return labels. I already sent the item back!!! The last email stated: Thank you for your email. It has been our pleasure to assist you. We hope to meet your lighting and home décor needs in the future.
