A bit rough getting to a manager about scheduling. When finally get scheduled, the installer wasn’t prepared to install an outlet per contract. Had to wait another day or two for a different installer who was able to do the electric outlet. He did a very nice professional job with the electrical outlet. The stair glide was installed and tested. We we shown how to operate it. Overall pleased with this install. So far it operates just fine.
Terrific purchase and installation The process from beginning to end was excellent. A very informative salesman who answered our questions and gave us confidence that we made the best choice for us. The install took about 3 hours. The installer was respectful of our floors and carpeting and removed all packaging when he left. He also explained as he worked what he was dong and offered us a few options where we could decide what would work best for us. Very good customer service through the whole experience.
