Worthwhile Experience

I started the process and then stopped as I was not feeling comfortable ~ later I received a phone call from Mei Mei and she talked me through the process with such calm and professionalism that I decided to take a chance. The process was very easy and efficient and I was pleased that Lending Point was there to assist me as I needed. If you are having any doubts, take that chance and move forward.

I borrowed Monty from lending point

I borrowed Monty from lending point For almost 6 months payments were not reported to the credit bureau. I was told by them there was a problem and they had to manually go into the each credit bureau to notify the payment. I made payment on time but lending points notified the credit bureau. I was one month late. I gave them the proof but I was told eventually you made the payment on time but we didn’t receive the money few days later I’m going to take legal action but notifying the Attorny Journal office as well as the bank bureau Please be careful borrowing money from lending point

Process was very easy, Ronald was very helpful filed out the forms, sent in the documents they needed got and answer right away and got the check in my account a couple days later, highly recommend.

Lending Point was great... Until it wasn't.

4 year customer here. I apparently missed a payment over a year ago, even after checking with agents monthly by phone to be sure my account is current. Lending Point just destroyed my credit score (-45 point hit) because they changed over a year worth of "current" statuses to "30+ days late" in one shot. I asked to have my calls with agents reviewed at that they could hear verifications given that my account was current. They told me that would take about a week due to the volume of calls logged and they would get back to me. Less than 24 hours later, I am told "tough, we aren't changing it". That's piss-poor customer service. Get your loan somewhere else!

Simple and easy

The process through lending point was extremely easy I had no problems from start to finish using their app was extremely easy to navigate it was simple straightforward and when I spoke with Ronald afterwards he was a pleasure. Again he himself was straightforward the questions were easy and there was no question left unanswered. To Ronald's managers he did a fantastic job he was more than a pleasure he deserves a raise thank you for being easy to deal with and thank you for the loan as it will help me greatly

Fast and easy

I needed a small loan nothing to crazy. I was contacted by Ronald. He wasn't pushy or tried to give me a loan for more then what I was asking for. He explained the terms fees(yes there was a processing fee of 360) and all that was necessary. He didnt hide any information or back door fees surprise interest rates he was forthcoming and honest. Got my loan certified in bout a half an hour and everything was exactly as he said. Will use them again if I need another loan.
