Can’t seem to contact this company. I received my delivery today and whilst I am happy with part of it, the other part needs to be returned. There is no information on the web site as to where to send it, but there is information that you have seven days to get it in the post. Help

So ai came across this company on Instagram. It looked really nice, with loads of followers, site was up to scratch, thought they are based in the US paid in US dollars. Estimated delivery was within 20 days. After 2 days I've emailed then since item hadn't be shipped and got an email saying we are sorry , item is out of stock, it's in the process of being made, it will be shipped next week. And then something in Chinese. Next week I cased up, they said that tailors are very busy, it will be ready on 25th. I emailed again on the 25th and they got back after a couple of days saying that shipment has now been delayed cause tailors are too busy. I felt that I was never going to get it or that I would get it in the middle of the summer, so I cancelled my order and I was lucky that I received my refund within 7-8 days. I didn't like the fact that they are hiding that the company is based in China

I thought I was getting a product from the UK. It came from China in a bag. Not even a box. For the amount of money it cost I thought it might have shipped in a nice well packaged box. The material was not quite as good of quality as I expected either.

I love the quality of the clothes how ever the customer service is almost nonexistent, I ordered 16 items and had to reorder 5 items because they were being discontinued . Of course the items discontinued were my favorite dresses. My order was delayed and won't be here for the holidays as I was told. so my experience is don't believe what they say they have on Etsy or other websites just go to their website. Also on Etsy they only take paypal on their site they take cc. It is my wish that they step up their international customer service and I hope they continue to make their full swing maxi dresses
So I follow a ton of costubers and son de flor and was really into one of the dresses from this company and my sister got it for me for my birthday. She was sketched out by the shipping times, but I was patient. When the package arrived I was immediately disappointed. It was in a clear plastic bag with an L size sticker on the garment but nothing else in the bag. No thank you note, no invoice, nothing I would expect from a sustainable handmade shop, I guess? The dress itself was too large for me. The material was rough and stiff (which is usual from linen! but this didn't feel like the linen I have purchased for my own projects). It also had a faint smell that wasn't pleasant. It honestly felt like something I would have received from Wish, not from the company I assumed this to be. Highly disappointed.

I purchased their Retro hooded wool coat a while back and was so impressed with the richness and quality of the materials and overall look of it! I’m so excited to be wearing it again this winter! The coat has a fairy/princess/red-riding hood (I ordered mine in red) feel to it and will make you feel like a real lady. The material is warm and heavy, making the long skirt really “swoosh” around your legs when you walk. It arrived within the time they promised and the seller was very friendly and communicative along the way. I have just made my second order of two dresses from them and am greatly anticipating receiving them! I might not have had much experience with them so far but everything I’ve had is by far, five star!
Just Perfect. This was my second order from Linennaive in a year and a half. Both are beautifully made, quality fabrics and fit as described. I appreciated the follow up care with the sizing too. I received my cloak a couple of days ago and was surprised at the quick service. The cloak is gorgeous, just like the photographs. A heavy woollen cloak, well lined and tailored. Ordered my dress on 8 September, it was shipped (China to Germany) on 11 September and I already received it on 22 September. The dress is gorgeous and so well made. Will definitely order there again. :)
Regarding the many negative reviews from other customers - I get the impression they actually didn't order from the right shop. Linennaive is sadly copied a lot and their product photos and texts (including the mentioning of their shop name) get stolen for fake shop websites a lot. So, when ordering, please make sure to order from the genuine website linennaive.com!

I ordered the Grace 31 dress in 4XL, and while it's pretty, it's most certainly see-trough. I also took quite a long time to arrive, but it is a small company, so I don't hold that against them.

Good quality, but very poor shipping and customer service
I ordered the Outlander Cape in Black from them. Now, while the item was great quality, it was absolutely nightmarish to get it. I paid extra for express shipping, and when after the 5 days passed I emailed customer service, I was told they were late on my item because they ran out of black fabric and would be sending me my item within the week. When I emailed them after the week had passed, and I didn’t hear from them, I was told by CS that they were still out of black fabric. I was offered a refund for the express shipping (which i took) and told that I could get my cape done in red (which i refused). So I waited around two more weeks, and was told the item would be shipping within days and I would be getting an email telling me so. When another week passed without news, I emailed them again and I was told that my cape had to be recalled for quality control. Then, finally, after over a month of waiting when it should have been there in less than a week, my item was finally shipped to me. Not even delivered, just shipped. I was very patient with them but the final straw is when I had to pay $20+ in customs when I was told that specifically because of all the hassle of getting this item, shipping would be free. Linnennaive customer service offered to send me a free item for my troubles and then they never did.
Since getting my item was such an (expensive) ordeal, I am not going to order from them again, which is a shame because the cape is great quality and very well made.

Bought the Daisy 03 skirt in mustard yellow and it arrived sooner than expected! I ordered on the 5aug & it arrived today on the 17aug! Needs an iron but is beautifully made. Will def buy from them again. Wish they were slightly more affordable so I could fill my wardrobe!

I ordered from a coat and a dress Linennaive through Etsy, assuming that they were reputable because they were on Etsy. The coat arrived and although well made, it was sized too big for me. As the second item hadn't been shipped yet, I decided to cancel the dress. I then had to pay 70.00 to return the coat and was promised a refund. The dress was cancelled in late February and they confirmed that they had received the coat three weeks ago. Still no refund. Have contacted Etsy but they just send you back to the retailer. Do not assume that by buying through Etsy you will have protection

I have purchased over half a dozen items from linennaive, including some skirts, dresses, lounge pants, and a top. Everything has been of excellent quality and has details I rarely see in fast fashion, like French seams and reinforced/welted pockets (and all their pockets are huge!!). The material is also of high quality as advertised. The shipping does take awhile, but the site does say standard shipping is 3-5 weeks and my orders have always arrived in that time frame, even if some were on the 5 week end. Their customer service was very responsive when I had to change the delivery address, and when I contacted them to check on shipping status when the USPS was having problems (Louis DeJoy can rot in hell). 5/5 will continue to buy stuff from them.
I've seen this brand get stolen from a lot by scams that steal photos from legit retailers and sell poor quality knockoffs. Make sure you order from their real website, linennaive.com, and not one of the copies because you will be sad.
I ordered twice with linennaive.
I have to say:
-The quality is great
-They answer any questions quickly
-They ship with DHL (which I have never had a problem with package ship by them)
I know there a lot of negative reviews about them, but I also saw a lot of brand using their pictures they altered and sale knock off versions.
I love their clothes and can't wait to get more.
I can vouch for the quality of the clothes very highly - it's all well constructed natural fibres and they do seem to be legit. I bought two skirts, the fit is true to size, the fabric is beautiful and the colours accurate.
However, the shipping took much longer than expected, I think due to COVID holdups in the supply chain. Additionally, their shipping info was a bit difficult to navigate because it's a Chinese run website.
If you haven't ordered from a Chinese company before you're going to have a bad opinion of linennaive: I did my research and knew there may be holdups, so I have nothing to complain about on that front, but if you're impatient (as some of these other reviewers seem to be!) I'd recommend purchasing elsewhere.
