Still new to this but finding it fairly user friendly in terms of the app. A little frustrating in terms of getting the breath take right but I'm hoping that's a user problem and will get easier as I become more familiar with it. Overall I would recommend this for anyone who seriously wants to get at least lower visceral fat.

Enjoy seeing how my metabolism is functioning. The only draw back is if you make a mistake and swap your breath or perform it in the evening and hit the wake up breath theres no way to change it or edit. Also i wish it had more barcodes included for items if it could collaborate with Yuka and have more inclusive barcodes woukd be helpful. Other than that its perfect for tracking macros oh one more thing tracking beverages ie water, electrolytes, mushroom coffee ect would help also if your wanting get liquids in

The lumen device is very helpful to measure your metabolism on Wakeuo pre and post meals and workouts. I recently lost my device and just ordered another. Customer service was excellent in responding to a request/concern both in promptness and in resolution.

Very long story, but my Lumen is in storage. I bought a new one with lifetime membership and since I had an account there was a glitch in switching over. It took less than 48 hours to get me up and running. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. Thank you Alice for getting me back in biz!

You need to allow custom recipes. There are several useful options I make that are difficult to enter correctly. Your food recommendations never change, some are strange for time of day, ans there don’t seem to be eqsily accessible recipes.

This allows you to quickly log your frequently eaten meals without having to enter each ingredient every time.
