My apartment complex has these Luxer One lockers and it’s so nice to know my package won’t be stolen off my doorstep while I’m at work. They’re highly secure, super easy to use (scan QR code) and offer that sense of protection knowing your packages won’t get stolen or damaged by weather. I really appreciate the lockers.

Luxor Mail System somehow managed to turn our mailroom from a black hole of missing packages into a functioning operation. Notifications actually show up, packages don’t mysteriously vanish, and pickup is refreshingly painless.
Is it magic? No. Does it stop people from blaming the mailroom for their Amazon addiction? Also no. But it works—and that’s more than I can say for our old system.

It's so nice knowing that your package is safe and will be there when you go to retrieve it, as well as knowing exactly where to find it, as opposed to "looking around the area and asking your neighbors if they've seen it". One more thing I like is the notifications since tracking isnt always exactly accurate. You know your item is there, not "out for delivery until 8pm"

Luxer is amazing! I love the confidence of knowing my package is safe and secure. I get a text message, email, and notification on the app when a package arrives. The app is easy to use and gives more specific information about packages. I like that I can open the locker using Bluetooth on the app.
I have called support before when I accidentally left a package in a locker and the people were quick and helpful.
