I was a first time ever customer for a memory upgrade product. The website was an amazing resource and ordering was easy. I did have one follow-up question on delivery which I phoned in. Simple purchase experience. Good value for the money especially sale items. I was looking for an Apple Watch charger with USB-C that is a reasonable price. Seeing it on sale was an easy decision to make a purchase.
Item was shipped quickly and it arrived in described time.

It was easy to find which battery I needed for my MacBook Pro.
Instructions for installation were clear.
The battery works great so far. Charges quickly, and holds a charge well.

This place is great! They make it easy to find what you need, get it to you quickly at a fair price and make videos to show exactly how to do the job.
They have enabled me to add memory and replace a hard drive in an older but not worn out Mac.
You just can't get any better than that!

Website listed that my Mac book pro unibody mid 2010 would work but it didn't. Instead they helped and provided me the correct memory. Great!!! So should I pay for shipping back the wrong memory which was listed on there website. Hence, they have updated there website and I'm out shipping fee. Great customer support, but website needs more accurate info. Thanks
I did email customer support that I should have been reimbursed for shipping fee, but was denied. So there is nothing else, unless the shipping fee is credited. But thanks for help.

After reviewing your order details, the original memory purchased was listed for 2011 MacBook Pro models, as well as Mid 2010/2011 21.5" & 27" iMacs and the 2011 Mac mini. Unfortunately, the 2010 MacBook Pro is not included in that compatibility list, as reflected in the invoice provided at the time of shipping.

Received the OWC Express 1M2 3 days sooner than expected. I haven't had the opportunity to put the OWC Express 1M2 through it's paces but build quality appears to be top notch. Packaging is of good quality providing good protection during shipping.

I ordered a MacBook Pro. Shipping was fast and very well packaged. Price was reasonable and great considering the brand and product. I’ve been using the device for about 4 days now and have not had any issues or problems whatsoever. Plus to top it all off I’m not the biggest fan of Apple. I finally made the switch from Android to iOS just last year and got me an iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. Thought it was time to upgrade my PC as well and I am very pleased considering this was my first Mac purchase!!!

The 2nd hand, revised hard disk was cheap, neat, perfectly packaged, clean as new. The instructional videos make installation a piece of cake. My Mac now runs smooth and fast. Thanks.
Only con is, being abroad, delivery and tariffs add to the price.
But delivery was made several days earlier than expected so, all in all, I’m quite happy and pleased.
