Never buy from Shandong Xinhongsheng Metal Products

I ordered brass blocks from Shandong Xinhongsheng Metal Products in June 2024. I was dealing with Keller Yan. She asked for full payment, which i then made. She then asked for more money, and i asked what will i be paying for, she said, they encountered difficulties in their production. That was never my problem, and i was not willing to pay for it. She never delivered my goods, i have been trying all possible avenues to get my brass blocks or refund but with no luck. They are crooks, NEVER ever buy from them. She stopped replying on my emails.

DISAPPOINTING

Nothing went wrong. The reason for making the purchase is what is upsetting. TXT laser engineers were unwilling to consider any input from my side regarding the cause of the problem so they held me liable for the shipping cost of consumables I was never informed of when I enquired specifically about consumables I needed too have in stock if I buy the machine. If I was aware of them I would've ordered extra when I ordered the machine. At the end of the day replacing the damaged "consumable" part is not a guarantee that it won't happen again. Not happy at all. Will replace part and see what happens

Reply from Made-in-China.com2024-11-13

Hi Johann van de Venter, Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by insufficient communication prior to purchase, which affected the machine’s operation. We suggest reaching out to the supplier to discuss possible solutions that may help reduce shipping costs for the consumable parts. If there's anything further we can assist with, please let us know.

Scammers working with scammers

ATTENTION! This plattform is working with scammers. I bought a small machine from a company and paid for it. After 2 months I got nothing! After contacting the company they just sent me some rubbish from a fake company in Germany. I contacted Made-in-China, but their response was, that they can't find the company on the plattform. And my complete chat history with that scammer company is deleted! Go to Alibaba and Aliexpress, this plattform is just for scammig

made-in-china allows fraudulent companies to defraud customers. An example is the company Ganzhou Canyee Ecommerce Co Ltd. It reportedly had a plant area of 300 sq meters, a MFG designation of ISO9000, a customer rating of 4.1, a staff of 30, and had been in business since 2019, It had a contact of Wang Fei, Chief Executive Officer, Ganzhou Canyee Ecommerce Co., Ltd.,wangfei at canyeeinc.com, gordon atcanyeeinc.com, their 'company' webiste was (it is now down) https canyeegroup.en.made-in-china.com it had a company page on made-in-china.com. All of that was FALSE. It was It was a fraudulent company, and it existed on Made-In-China.com. They defrauded me out of $4000. The company is ghosted now. cannot access supplier website, and the emails no longer exist. Made-in-China.com does not vette them. They allow all fraudsters to create a front to take your money. There is no barrier to entry or reprecussions. Shame on Made-in-China. Their reputation preceeds them, and it is to be found in the gutter.

Hi Randell Matthes, We deeply regret the negative experience you have had and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. 🙏 Please be assured that when this supplier joined our platform, all documents provided during the membership verification process were legally valid and authentic. However, in July of this year, our system detected that the supplier failed to disclose their annual report to the business administration bureau, which led us to suspend their account immediately. Regarding your dispute with the supplier, since your transaction occurred offline, we recommend reaching out directly to the supplier to resolve refund or compensation matters. We bought an excavator that was full of…

We bought an excavator that was full of errors and defects, and by that we really mean a lot of errors and expensive defects! We bought a machine including shipping to Norway, but still we got usd 8000 left in shipping!! We wanted to come to an amicable solution with a refund of 7,800 usd for all defects and shipping costs we have had, but Toffs Machinery refuses. So my advice to you guys, steer clear of Toffs Machinery Trading Co, Ltd ! We have traded machines for 30 years from all over the world and this is the worst case we have come across. I think it is very sad that we and Toff's Machinery Trading could have agreed on a compensation of USD 7800. This will be a very big loss for me.

Do NOT use Quanzhou Allonly Stone

Updated 10/17/24: I'm a verified buyer with submitted receipts, ~$6000 USD later and many follow-ups there is still no reply from the MIC platform. Don't let MIC l's response to my review fool you, nobody has reached out to me and no emails have been sent. But also, if MIC operated honestly they'd had a different response than what's posted. Just watch my sitejabber dot com review video of my cracked island where the crack can be seen because it reflects light differently when the camera pans. If it was a fresh crack in the stone it would be shaper and be defined looking but this crack has been buffed out to help hide it by smoothing its edges, by the manufacturer. The buffing definitely did not happen in transit. My installer with 20+ years of experience pointed out the buffing after other cracks told him something was wrong. Also, think about the logic, how could the seller prove they didn't send damaged product especially if they're trying to hide that they sent it damaged and but I as the recipient have plenty of pictures and video of the unpacking of the cracked and broken product. Stay away from this seller and the MIC platform. Original review: Very poor customer service and support from the seller and the platform. Expensive order arrived damaged. Platform has ignored complaints and seller refused to help. A complete and extremely expensive nightmare with zero customer service from selller and from MIC. I’ve submitted two complaints to MIC and followed up 4 times and no reply from MIC either.

I text many sellers and they don’t…

I text many sellers and they don’t accept PayPal and they don’t have buyer protection program only transfer the money and god knows if they steal your money or not even if they send you the product you want or copy from it. The issue makes me feel suspicious is the price of same product very different in the price Example of one who claims him/herself a seller Seller: We are factory wholesale, we do wholesale business, not retail merchants. So we do not accept PayPal transactions These payment methods are more convenient for us to receive foreign exchange, because the cost and time of PayPal cannot be timely received. We are engaged in wholesale business, not retail PayPal order transactions, so they do not meet our capital turnover requirements. The profit we make is very small. I hope you can understand! Me: Even factory wholesalers accept PayPal, no problem with that The problem is not having buyer protection. How can international buyers trust you and make profit business with you Seller: If you purchase our products, we will be able to issue you an order contract invoice to ensure the safety of your funds and goods. There will be our company's seal and signature on the invoice. If you are not satisfied with our products after receiving them, you can apply for a return or exchange with me. Finally, you can see our conversation and decide Thanks

Please refer to the supplier's actual quotation for the final price. Made-in-China.com Service Team

Faulty Goods: No warranty

Here is a copy of my e-mail to seller,. It’s concerning CCTV camera I bought on line from : Lianchao Future Technology Co., Ltd PI No.:NE20240701 Disappointment Regarding Faulty Product and Customer Service Dear Amos, I was quite upset with your comments suggesting that it would cost me to replace the faulty product. Under international law, if you sell anything online, you must honor the warranty, which you have not done. Whenever I buy from TEMU, they either replace the faulty product at no cost or provide a partial credit. In this case, the transformer was faulty, so you should compensate me accordingly. Why should I have to buy a new one? Why didn’t your product work as promised? You should stand by your product internationally. It’s a poor excuse not to refund or adjust the prices accordingly. I regret buying this product because it cost me a lot to get it installed. You made me believe that no hard wiring was required and that it was wireless, yet I had to hire an electrician for installation. Please do not mislead customers. I will be posting a review on the Made in China website today. Before purchasing anything, I advise others to ensure they get a written warranty from the company they are buying from. This is not about 5 or 10 dollars; it’s about the principle that you should stand by your product. I am not interested in any more credit. I will simply purchase from local shops in the future. I am extremely disappointed in your service. I am not cheating you; I am simply advising you on how to do business internationally. I am not going to say thank you.

Dear Harish, We apologize for the issues with your order. As mentioned in our previous responses, we have followed up with the supplier regarding your concerns. Based on their feedback, the CCTV unit you purchased is Wi-Fi-enabled but requires power through wiring, which has been provided. We have also communicated your request for a partial refund to the supplier and asked them to negotiate with you directly to resolve the matter. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope this issue is resolved soon.

Do not use Market Union LTD

This was our first time using Made In China and to be honest probably our last we ordered 250 branded cups and were verry disappointed with the quality. Upon inspecting the cups, we observed that the writing on the back of the cups is not aligned straight, and the logo on the front appears to be unproportioned. we are disappointed to note that the logo has been stretched to fit the cup, resulting in an oblong shape that deviates significantly from the round logo file that we had provided. we had raised concerns about the logo shape in an email before the cups were sent out, and I was assured by there team that it was simply an issue with the angle of the photo. However, upon receiving the actual cups, it is evident that the problem persists. Market Union LTD were not interested in helping us fix this and just wanted to make excuses about the problem. I would be very careful about using this company as they will happily take your money but will not be willing to resolve any issues.
