Made in china are not helpful at all

I made a complaint to made in china about the sellers behaviour on the platform and requested for a refund before but they ignored me at all cost, sent them loads of emails with proof of the three fake tracking numbers the seller gave me but no reply again. Now they have made my order completed which I didn’t receive anything and yet still no one to help. How will I lose $510 just like this without made in china’s help and assistance?? How safe we as a buyers and small businesses cope with sellers keeping our hard earning money??? Why would a platform allow this kind of evil behaviour on the platform?? I would like my money back because I didn’t take it from anyone. I am not happy at all.

I lost $3,300 due to JIANGXI WESTAR LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY CO LTD’s incompetence. They failed to inform me about crucial shipping regulations, which led to massive customs issues and fees that were higher than the value of the goods. Despite admitting their mistake, they refused to take responsibility or offer any real assistance. This company operates with zero accountability. Even the “Made in China” label feels like a scam at this point. Hidden costs, mismanagement, and a complete lack of professionalism—avoid them at all costs unless you want to throw your money away. I will do everything in my power to get my money back and warn others about this fraudulent company.

Hi Harry, We sincerely understand your frustration and regret the difficulties you have encountered. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, as your order was placed under FOB (Free on Board) terms, the freight forwarding and customs clearance were under your responsibility. The supplier's obligation was limited to ensuring the goods were properly loaded onto the shipping vessel. Additionally, the supplier had also informed you about the shipping method and delivery timeline at the time of purchase. We highly recommend reviewing trade terms in advance to better prepare for future transactions. If you need any assistance regarding international trade, please feel free to reach out to our online customer service.(https://www.made-in-china.com/aboutus/contact/) Made-in-China.com Service Team

Shenzhen Savagevape Technology co.

Shenzhen Savagevape Technology co., Ltd. runs under THREE different company names, depending on where they receive funds, either in Luxembourg, England and/or in Hong Kong. 1.) Shenzhen Yufuyuan Technology Co., Ltd. 2.) Shenzhen Savagevape Technology co., Ltd. 3.) FUTEY TRADING LIMITED They advertised a product named FORT SHISHA 45k -- it appears to be a vape product. We have ordered from them 100 pieces of the abovementioned vape product -- FORT SHISHA 45k. When they've received our funds (665.05 Euros), they stated they cannot send the particular product from their warehouse as they are unable to ship to Hungary from their location. After a lengthy discussion, they tried to talk us into completely different no-name brand vapes. They apparently run a deceptive and fraudulent business practice as they advertise one product that they do NOT have and they try to compensate with an undervalued no-name brand. They have been asked repeatedly to send the funds back, however they declined to do so. They also mentioned that they will send LESS money back to us as their bank charges a refund fee. We have repeatedly asked them to send us the FULL AMOUNT, however they keep hesitating. This is CLEARLY a DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULANT AND "scam" operation of the company represented on made-in-china.com On Friday, their agent who runs by the user name "~Savagevape-Leah" and uses the phone number +44 7923 185325 on WhatsApp, promised me they will send my money back, then on Monday (Feb. 17, 2025) he (or she?) wrote they now (?) have the ordered product, but they are out of one flavor, nevertheless, they replaced the missing flavor to another one and he said our shipment is on its way to us. On Tuesday, the next day, I messaged him to tell me if the shipment has left their premises but there hasn't been any response. STAY AWAY from this company, they SCAM people! They advertise one thing and they try to talk you into a SUBSTANDARD product that's a low quality vape! DO NOT BUY from them! STAY CLEAR!!!

I received a defective product

I received a defective product, but the seller claims that he has never received a similar complaint from another customer and not only refuses to admit that it is defective, but also says that the logistics company or Thai customs may have tampered with it. This is insane.

Hello

Hello, a year ago, I heard about this site and decided to import headphones, I found a seller, ordered them, and when they arrived, I was amazed by the quality. That's how we started a business relationship. I ordered about 10 or 20 pieces until the summer. The quality was always the best. In the summer, I decided to order 60 pieces. Even the packaging of the headphones indicated that they were not of the proper quality, and a lot of them, about 25%, had factory defects. I sell these items on social networks, and therefore in many cases I have to send these items far away, then return them, which is a very big expense. In addition, to import these headphones to my country, I have to pay $ 12.9 per kilo, as well as customs duty, which is 18% of the value. When a factory defect is detected, it turns out that I am to blame for this and these are my expenses, which are someone else's fault, and it turns out that I have to pay them a second time. At that time, he only replaced 10 of them. I brought them back at my own expense and cleared customs, since it was the first time. We talked and he promised to change the factory and send good ones. All this is also recorded in our correspondence. In the Made in China messenger, several batches arrived really good, then 2 out of 15 had a defect, which he told me to return and the problem would be solved. He literally ignored me. Since there were only two pieces, I didn't pay much attention. Before your new year began, I ordered 20 pairs of headphones, for $300. After that, today he wrote to me that the factories were already closed and he couldn't send it, and after that he wrote to me that he still managed to send it, the shipment arrived and I started selling them, it turned out that all twenty have a factory defect and automatically pause, the sensor has a problem, after many struggles and videos I proved that all twenty have a defect, these videos are also in the Made in China messenger, in the correspondence, he told me that he would replace all twenty, but even in this case I would lose $ 118 and have to pay both the weight and the duty again, I survive on this and I paid the last amount for these headphones, hoping that I would sell them, even if I were to replace them, it turns out that I would have to buy 5 pieces for $ 15, then he should adjust the price of the headphones to $ 5, so that I can present the invoice generated from the Made in China website to customs and not have my shipment stopped, which again It is related to my expenses, I am writing this because I feel cheated for the third time, I no longer want to deal with this seller and I demand reimbursement of my expenses, I have not done anything wrong to him to be in such a situation, or his mistake is not compensable at my expenses. You can see any of these cases in the correspondence, how many times I made concessions, and he seemed to think I was even more stupid.

Not buyer orientated

I didn't always get an email notification when the seller contacted me. Made in China took the senders word for it when it came to delivery and didn't even give me a chance to appeal which shows me that they are all for the seller, not the buyer who keeps their platform in business. They also have a feature where they will automatically marked the item as received which is terrible considering that not everything arrives on time! I would be very hesitant to use this platform again.

My first time purchasing with Made-in-China.com. I didn't like the fact that I was being charge for service fee via credit card payment while my item was canceled and refunded. I violated their purchase limit policy. It's my fault for not reading their buying limit policy via credit card payment. I wrote dispute to them but only got explanation.
