I found a company (SNAIL TRUCKS) from your site and proceeded to purchase two used dump truck 371 model with new engines. They accepted the deal, send an invoice indicating the agreed trucks but shipped two old dump 375 model trucks with old engines, although the shipping documents said the trucks were 371 models. Even worse the trucks couldn't work wheb they were delivered. Today, Snail trucks refuses to cooperate despite the huge loses we're experiencing. They continue to give excuses and have now stopped talking to us.

We have ordered 500 Vapes (500 pieces of Elf Bar D3 Raya vapes) from Shenzhen Yuxi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for a total of over 3000 Euros on Monday, March 17, 2025.
Originally they tried to sell us their BIMO vapes on numerous occasions, but each time we expressed it clearly that we are interested in Elf Bar vapes only.
When they received our funds, they simply said that the Elf Bar factory has no more of what we ordered, but they are willing to "replace" our order with BIMO vapes. I told them we don't want any of their BIMO vapes, we want ONLY what we ordered. I immediately requested them to pay us our money back. A person who names herself "Cassie" on WhatsApp replied after a long while that they can't send our money back because they paid Elf Bar already and they will try to get the money back from Elf Bar.
This vendor apparently lies a lot and they have committed a premeditated (pre-planned) Fraud whereby they had no interest in selling us any Elf Bar vapes at all, they just lured us into sending them our funds and they originally planned to send us what they originally planned to sell us anyway. By the way, Elf Bar has a steady supply of what we ordered, this company just wants to keep our funds, which is totally unethical and un-business-like behavior.
I asked them to send us their invoice on Made-in-china as well, so this person named "Miss Astrid" sent us their invoice on Made-in-china too. When I asked who this :Miss Astrid" is, she told me on WhatsApp that this is the Manager of the company... although this could also be the same person I talked with on WhatsApp, who knows...

I have through this webside made an order for some items, I have transferred the money over to a UK based account which the company rejected and since I haven’t received my refund! It’s 3 months ago, and the company rejects to provide me with and dokumentation for the refund. I have wrote to the customer support several times but no answer. So now I have been cheated for 4100 euro.

The whole process to purchase my capsules was different from the last time I purchased and a huge inconvenience. I shouldn’t have to follow up about my order, nor should I have e to send proof that I actually paid. I believe the website and the payment system should be in sync with each other providing a smooth checkout. However that was not the case. Additionally, the wrong sized capsules were sent to me, but I couldn’t confirm what I selected because I didn’t not receive a confirmation email only an email from a representative telling me what I ordered. It was a mess. I ended up purchasing more capsules from another company because who wants to return items back to China. Needless to say I will not be a returning Customer. Very disappointed.
