My brother suffered a double stroke in July of 2024.
His right arm and right leg are virtually lame. I purchased Medical Guardian for him last September. He has had to activate three times since then after a fall. Medical Guardian dispatches the paramedics very quickly and they contact my nephews to keep them abreast of everything going on with my brother. Very pleased with Medical Guardian! - Les Lorenzo

Great customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Quick shipping and receipt of anything ordered.
When my mother has accidently activated her device the customer representative is "never bothered " by it and always shows genuine care and concern.
Having this device has allowed my mother to remain independent in her home and has given us peace of mind.

One issue I have is that I am paying…
One issue I have is that I am paying for fall detection. So far, you haven't been able to detect one time that I have fallen. The second I have is that when I have pressed the alarm button, I am connected to one person and then I am transferred to the dispatch center. That seems to take extra time. They also ask if they should contact any of my contacts and I tell them no, only the Fire Department for pick-up service. They contact each of them anyway. Why do they do that?

Hi Mary. When you press the SOS button on your device, it connects you to an AI operator so we can best connect you to the services you need. Once connected to emergency services, we contact your emergency contacts due to the settings in your member portal. If you don't want us to call your emergency contacts, you can change that on your member portal at any time. Additionally, if you're having issues with fall detection on your device, please give us a call 1-800-313-1191
I didn’t want to have a device originally, but since my husband of 53 years died, my children insisted. I am so glad they did! I feel MUCH safer in my home knowing that I can get help quickly if needed. You have made this 77 year old’s life much easier!

Knowing that my developmentally disabled brother has his Medical Guardian on at all times, whether at home or out and about, gives me peace of mind that if he were to fall or have some other issue, help is readily available and accessible. That peace of mind is invaluable!

When I need help medical guardian made the call that provided me with the help I needed. They also call my emergency contact so that my sons were at my house by the time they were putting me in the ambulance.

You failed to activate my request to my daughter. I called her myself. She lives 90 minutes from me and time was critical.
You failed to activate my request to my only contact who would answer in a timely manner. I have tried to talk with your office about this and have been told someone would return my call....but they have not.
As I told your staff. Minutes matter when you are in an emergency and someone failed me on that 3AM call.

Several months ago my mother fell and was unable to get herself up. Luckily she had on her Medical Guardian alert necklace and was able to get help. The process worked seamlessly! The EMT's were able to come to the house to assist her and Medical Guardian alerted my sister and I so we could meet her at the hospital. Would highly recommend!
