good but not communicative
We placed an order, and had acceptable levels of communication until I gave the ok. At that point we received no confirmation that the order had been officially placed or an estimate for when the drives would be arriving. After a phone call and an email with no response, a coworker followed up again and we received confirmation almost a week after the initial attempts. The drives made it fine and were as expected but additional communication would have made the interaction much less stressful.

Danielle a Memory Suppliers did an excellent job of getting me the quote for our usb's. The proof was sent quickly and I had approved it, but then I changed my mind. When I contacted her she said my order had already went to print but she would see what she could do to add our website on the back. She did manage to get our website added!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
What a Flashy company.
I order flash drives for m Leadership Conference and had a wonderful expierience with this company. Memorysuppliers produce a very high quality product. My attendees were very impress with the quaility of the flash drives. I look forward to do business with this company again. Bye the way, ask for Andrew Clauson. He is a true professional sales rep. First Rate Service every time
Danielle has helped me on a couple of occasions to get the memory sticks done with various logos. She is always quick to respond and works closely with the art dept to ensure the finished logo will look its best - coming back with suggestions when they think it may need some tweaking. This last order needed to be drop shipped to South Africa and still it arrived on time and looking great. They get a "10" from me for service, quality and responsiveness. Can't ask for better customer service.

This year, we made the right choice and purchased our Client Holiday gifts from Memory Suppliers. They went ahead and packaged each item for us in its own package for us...without even having to ask! Awesome! We will definitely use Memory Suppliers again!

I have ordered mulitple times from this company and they are professional and kind. I have ordered about 300 Hard Drives and 800 Flash Drives and I have only had two that have had problems. Memory Suppliers has told me that they guarantee all there drives and those two that don't work I can send back. We went with a company that was less expensive in the begining but had so many problems that we were more than happy to pay a little extra to get what we needed when we need it.

We recently ordered pen with USB drives from memory suppliers for a moderate sized symposium and received a very good quality product and the delivery was very prompt. The person handling the design and order ([Name]) was very efficient and made everything possible despite the fact that the order was placed bit late. Product was delivered on-time and payment was processed promptly. I'd definitely recommend this supplier.
Customized School logo/Dragon 3D flash drives are a hit!!
Our school logo was used to create a 3D figure with an 8G flash drive - and they are a hit with the staff (annual back to school/welcome presents), and the students are all envious! Thanks for a great product!!

A Cornucopia of the best USB's
I had ordered my first batch of USB's last year and have been ordering from them ever since. The turned me on to a style of USB that not many others have at tradeshows. I will not revel what it is but they have a virtual cornucopia of types. The clarity of the logo imprinted on our USB make them really stand out. And you can look, because I have tried, but you can't beat their prices.
