The shoes I got were very cheap and they were a decent quality, almost the same quality as shoes from Forever 21. I loved that they were cheap and also matched my size exactly. I would prefer a belt rather than a hook to do them up. The customer service was very fast, I got replies within 2 hours. The shipping was fast, but it is pretty pricey.

I ordered two dresses for my wedding and the material was substandard to my satisfaction. I requested a rma # and returned the items as they suggested. Ever since I've done that, no one responds to my emails but while I was in the process of ordering oh the customer service was awesome. I have send them 5 emails in the past week and no one has replied to any of them about my refund. I will never order from them again. Please do not trust to hear back from them on returns. 4/23*****Update*****because of these events, I am now understanding why they do not want the buyers to return their products back by FedEx or anything similar. There's a way to track the return. Of course sending items back via USPS, there's no way to track when they have received the package. I'm so disappointed with myself that I didn't do better research ok this company before ordering their awful substandard products. Not until I posted my initial review did in hear anything back from them. All of a sudden emails started getting answered. Please be aware of this company. The reviews on here stating great store, great products is bogus. Do not believe it! Save yourself money, time and hassle. I ordered Jewel Neck Ruffle Cotton Classic Lolita Dress in Navy along with a navy blue rose hair accessory and it came with a free petticoat. When the dress arrived I had some slight concerns at first. Some of the receipts looked water damaged, the detachable bow had a regular safety pin in it instead of a pin type clip, and the dress was made of a cotton satin blend that isn't typically used for lolita dresses. But once I tried on everything it was PERFECT! The custom size fit perfectly, the fabric was great and it looked great. I love the dress so much because it is a simplistic classic style that I can use the dress for more professional things as well as my lolita attire. It is as easy to wash as any other lolita dress and doesn't get water damaged. I also love the gathering on the skirt that makes it extra *swooshy* and perfect for dancing and twirling. The Hair accessory and Petticoat came out fine as well and go with the dress perfectly. I rate this a 4/5!
I ordered a Lolita dress from Milanoo.com, and I just love it! The cotton is really soft, and the check pattern on the dress is really cute. the lacing is kinda long, but it can easily be fixed with a pair of scissors and some thread! The shipping arrived earlier than I thought it would, which was a big plus for me! :)
I am very pleased with the quality of the Dress I purchased, and it looked just like the picture. However, the size I ordered did not fit me, so I sent them an RMA request (which was difficult to find on their website). I got an email back the very next day (on a sunday!) and they told me that it's best if I DO NOT exchange the item. Now I have to purchase another dress in a different size, and send them back the dress that doesn't fit and this has to be at my own expense. I dislike how hard it is to exchange the clothing! It's not simple!! And I don't like that I have to buy another dress. What if this one doesn't fit? Do I have to purchase a 3rd dress with my credit card? I don't think I'll be purchasing any more clothing from Milanoo, because the exchange/refund process is not EASY.

Ordered a dress for a wedding. Measurements were accurate,color was correct, fit great! Could have been packaged better because it was a full length gown and they stuffed it into a Fed Ex plastic envelope so it came very wrinkled. I recently ordered 3 items from Milanoo on February 25, 2013. 13 days later on March 10th I had my products. There are some flaws, but overall I am satisfied with my purchases. My order: White Lolita Stockings: Supercute, with strawberries on them! I'm tall, and since the stockings only come in one size, the stockings only come upper-calf high instead of knee-high (as expected from me). The right stocking's "toe seam" is not even with the left, so I had to shift the stocking to make the designs match (this does not take away from the comfort of the stockings - they are still way comfy!) The left stocking, however, I cannot pull up all the way because the elastic at the top is a little too tight. I'll have to find a way to stretch it out to pull it up the rest of the way. "L" Painted Canvas (Converse) Shoes: I have no problems with this product at all except the fact that I don't like white/off-white shoes since they scuff and stain easily. The details of the character are very nice and the shoes are probably the most comfortable casual shoes I've ever worn. 180 Color Eyeshadow Pallet: The colors all seem very vibrant even though I haven't tried them quite yet. As I expected would happen, 10 of the 180 colors did not quite make it to me (they've busted and cracked and are just plain ruined). But HEY! There's 170 other colors! I'm really not mad at all. The product could have become damaged at any point along its ride overseas. Eyeshadow is fragile, after all. I don't know how many I've ruined myself! My main negative comment that I have to say about Milanoo is that I wish the shoebox and eyemakeup box came to me in better condition! Both boxes were banged to heck and aren't even salvageable as nifty souvenirs with foreign writing on them. (Sorry, I almost like the boxes as much as the products. I was disappointed to see the packaging in such poor condition.)
If you are going to buy here you sjust should expect for what you pay , dont expect too much quality if you are not paying for it , thats all. Id recomend this page to ppl who doesnt want to spend a loot of money in expensive clothing and dont mind wearing something thats not top quality.

Very nice Leather jacket. I bought it for 29 dollars and it was really comfortable. Milanoo answered all my emails. I asked them to send the order via EMS and it arrived via UPS. I asked the post office and they told me It was because EMS from where Milanoo is didn't reach Uruguay. So in the middle of the process it was changed to UPS. I ordered one lolita dress on jan 8 with estimate date on jan 29... i received my dress on january 16, 2 weeks after i placed an order and 13 days before estimated date. The dress was sooooo beautiful and same as the pic on their website with high quality fabric. . The dress came with white crinolette. i Love the dress details so much. But When i tried to wore the dress.... its tight.... :(... maybe next time i should consider the size chart carefully. But its k.. i got compliments from my friends abt this dress,, they said that the dress was cute n beautiful... ;) :)

I ordered an Infanta dress through Milanoo. The first thing I noticed was that there were stray threads everywhere that I had to sit and cut off myself for fear of pulling one and having the dress unravel. My back ribbon didn't match my front ribbon, and my front ribbon was low quality. The fabric that the dress itself was made out of was good, and the print was great.
ive ordered from milanoo for almost 4 years now and each time ive been amazed by the quality of the products. i read a bunch of negative reviews of milanoo so i was weary from ordering from them but im glad i did. nothing was wrong like those comments said and the shipping usually got to me before they were suppose to so bonus there. the prices are fairly low and over all the site its just amazing. i tell all my friends about it and sometimes even order things for them from it so that when i give them there items, they can continue the cycle of people ordering from them.
Dress arrived early!! and fits perfect!! Very easy website to use! Used the measurement section below the dress to work out what size i needed - was worried as it came up smaller than i normally am. No matter when the dress came through it fitted perfect. My friend bought her wedding dress from the same site and it looks AMAZING! The quality of the dress is great and looks better in real life than on the website. The ONLY thing i would recommend is showing the different colors of the dress on the website as we could not see what the dress would look like in red until it arrived. Luckily it’s the prefect color! couldn't be happier and have already recommended the website to a few friends who are getting married soon!
