Undisclosed, hidden 'Recovery' fee
Mint charged me a so called 'Recovery' fee, taking an additional amount of $19 out of my bank account without informing me of this additional fee. I spoke with a Mint Rep who could only explain that this was a Federal, State fee and stated it was in the FONT 2 underwriting of the renewal contract. I feel this is devious, not forthright, charging me this fee without discussing this additional fee prior to automatically taking funds from my banking account. I am told my complaint will be forwarded to those who will address the issue. This does not address my complaint and I am continuing to seek resolution. I want that $19 refunded to my account!

It's customizable but barely
It's customizable, barely but more so than others. But mann idk why US carrier are like this, very cheapskate on data. 6gb/month is so 2010. In other countries mainly Asia, we paid 20-30/months for 100+GB and some even unlimited (but limit per FUP). The only reason I went with Mint was due to cheaper package, as a non-US resident. I'm not gonna commit to a postpaid plan.
