As a special needs teacher who only gets paid once a month, ALL of my bills come out of 1 check at the same time, leaving me with hardly anything to live off of until I get paid again. Thanks to Mint Mobile, I only pay for 3 months at a time which helps me tremendously. The service is great. I've not had any problems with it at all.

Easy, works well, great price!

Mint Mobile is super easy to use, has by far the best prices, and offers great service. I've never had any issues except in one specific area in the up north area of Michigan (the middle of nowhere), so I can't really blame the spotty service there on Mint. Otherwise, VERY happy with them! I was with Verizon for over a decade, but I finally decided to give Mint a try a little over a year ago (the price was right!) and I haven't looked back.

Flexible option for US workers abroad

I appreciate the flexibility of having an account with Mint because I work abroad and return to the US for just a few months at a time. It is an unbeatable price for unlimited data and very simple to use the app. And I appreciate having an actual local phone line instead of just data like many short term eSIms. My only problem has been trying Mint international and not having it actually work in the country I entered. So I lost out on that cost , and had to pay then also for a local sim line.

The data about usage for the previous year at renewal let me know if I needed to adjust plan Also the pay by year makes life alot simpler Price is excellent

slow and no service

Data is slow, everything is slow, connection sucks. Should be 10$ a month forever unlimited to make ot worth it. Ill be changing service when my contract ends otherwise

The service is usually great

The service is usually great! It was pretty easy to transfer mine and my dad’s numbers and get set up. The only problem is that my data runs out super fast and my phone lags after a week (when on apps) which, whatever, really only need a phone for important phone calls and work. Apps are a privilege. But over all I would recommend (note: I have the lowest data rate cause I’m cheap)

Amazing service

Amazing service. Price is amazing too. I prepaid through July 2027 and the total cost for 12 months is comparable to two months with any of the larger carriers.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Mint Mobile can only improve by going out of business. Long story short, we tried Mint Mobile. We signed up for two separate accounts, they charged us for three. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY!! Their customer 'service' people would not reverse the extra charge, I had to fight to the death to get help from anyone at Mint Mobile. No one ever helped. Had to fight the charge with my bank and eventually got the money back!! Please learn from my lesson. Now I happily use T-Mobile prepaid and only pay $15 plus tax per month. But I still miss ChitChat Mobile!

I got duped by Mint Mobile

I got duped by Mint Mobile. I renewed under the understanding that had the same service when, in fact, what I received for the $180 annual fee was far less than what I had. I had unlimited. Now I only have 5 g of data which is almost worthless. I got scammed!
