Mint Mobile

I tell all my friends about Mint but they seem to have more money than sense.

I’m a very satisfied customer not only with call quality, but the customer service provided. Mint lets me keep an American number since I live abroad for use it over WiFi. When I return to the U.S., I have had awesome coverage whether it’s Atlanta, GA or small towns on my journeys with GPS. The ability to be able to call companies in America from Central America when toll-free numbers aren’t available is priceless. I don’t understand how Verizon and AT&T still have the contractual market share when compared to Mint.

Paid three months in advance

Paid three months in advance. The day bill is paid after it more than doubled. My answering starts speaking in another language. Tried to get a refund. Got no where. Paid for service I can not use. Hate this company more than tmoble. Didn't know that was posible

Unreliable Data and Horrible Service

I had mint in the past and had no probelms but now a few years later, I got it once for the 3 month plan while I was in america and I can definitely say it was the worst mobile experience I have ever had. 1. Data Horrible coverage that kept going in and out and I did not once use all my data. 2. Customer service The service was awful, I couldn't turn auto renew off using my phone I had to use a PC and I do not have a PC while traveling so I had to jump through hoops, first I using text support where the Ai wasnt useful then to a "human" who told me there was nothing they could do Then I had to get that annoying Ai to connect me to a person over the phone and it took over an hour just to get auto renew turned off, and once my data turned off and said I had no plan and I had to contact support where I was practically called an idiot that didn't know what I was talking about. This has been the worst experience ever with a mobile plan and I didn't know it could even be that complicated just to get phone service.

BS - Give me a human, or at least a way to pay my bill when you failed to collect the autopay.

It’s spotty in my area… There are bots running everything. I’ve been trying for 5 hours to pay may bill. I have the app, I have autopay, but it was not successful - I cannot log in or talk to a rep. It keeps saying “ooops something went wrong”. I’m fed up. There was money in the account this morning, so there’s no reason for my services to be shut off for non-payment.

It's cheap and works ok when you are in a major metropolitan area. After three years they wouldn't extend my service 1 day while porting my number, wanted three months of service purchased

Lost my phone on Saturday 7/11/26

Lost my phone on Saturday 7/11/26. Honestly, I can't recall the last time I lost a phone. Since my life is tied to my phone and phone number I've had for 20 years I've never had an issue replacing my phone and assigning my phone number. Working with tmobile or Verizon, I can walk into a store and be handled like cow in a herd but at least they helped me. I could show my license, debit card. Mint tried to verify my identity by asking me questions i wasn't able to answer. They knew I couldn't access my bank accounts, email or social media or anything. Even if I wanted to look up a transaction from mint to see what they were asking about I couldn't.. Knowing that I need my phone number to access my EVERYTHING. If this company really cared, I would be able to talk to someone In person. The week before I lost my phone my crappy apartment ceiling leaked onto the mattress I got a few months ago, my apartment to this day has not treated the mold, I've been fighting with them every day for my tenant rights. I can't put my clothes in my bedroom. I'm sleeping on my couch, I can barely sleep, and the day i had to leave for a work trip I lost my phones sat. 7/11. With the BS I've been dealing with, no normalcy, something bad was bound to happen. I have done nothing to deserve my apartment to flood. I shouldn't have to fight for a healthy living situation and i shouldn't have to fight for MY phone number. I put in my notice to move out of my apartment last week ,2 days before losing my phone. And now I can't access my bank accounts because I can't answer questions I dont know the answers to. Mint mobile doesn't care about the person. I really wanted to save money because of no overhead. Now im seeing the savings isn't worth it. They helped me realize , I am nothing and no one, and all the work I've done, my 810 credit score, my relationships in all aspects is literally nothing. Mint mobile is keeping me from all accounts and people I've ever known because I can't answer questions that dont make sense to me. I am completely isolated now Reply to Mint Mobile: after requesting a written reason as to why I am being denied my livelihood and in the same breath calling me a customer , which is you basically telling me you know i am who I say am. You all told me you wouldn't send me an email, not that you couldn't, that you wouldn't. Because I could tell you the last call I made, the last call I received and what time and day and I could tell you my travel days to Mexico and I could tell you, who I spoke with in Mexico and their phone number, I was willing to do anything to verify my identity , I would go to a notary with a witness if I needed to but instead you asked questions I have no ability to answer. I literally am sleeping in a mold filled apartment that on a couch because the shitty apartment I live in flooded my bedroom. I was ready to put down 4000$ for a new apartment and now I'm stuck here because your company can't figure a better way to verify identity????? Why can't you give tmobile access for me to transfer my phone number? When ill be sitting with a person, With my iPhone box with my passport with my ID YOU GUYS NEED TO EMAIL ME AND YOU KNOW MY EMAIL, YOU KNOW IVE CALLED EVERY DAY THIS PAST WEEK .

I called and ordered their service

I called and ordered their service. They confirmed they were available in my area and my phone was compatible with their service. I received the sim card and transferred my service. After hours of chatting on-line (there is no store where you can get help) they told me there was no service where I live. Now I am left without phone service. I couldn't even call them because they transferred my old service to their service that did not work. I had to order a new service from another provider.

I love that I'm getting 1GB more a month now. Just bought a minternational but would have liked a 14 days option instead of 10. The 30 day wasnt an option as it didn't have any data.

It was the worst most frustrating…

It was the worst most frustrating experience, very unprofessional. I paid for a phone and service, I did not receive the phone. I got the run around for 6 days so I cancelled my order. I am waiting for the money to be returned. They lied and lied to me. The rep finally said they have no phones...she didn't get her phone either ( the same phone as mine) and her grandmother did not get hers either. They repeatedly told me it would be delivered with in 1 to 2 days, then in the end they said up to 5 business days.It was past 5 business days so I cancelled because I was afraid to go past the 7 day return policy.

Mint mobile is a reliable network with an amazingly affordable price. My senior parents who are both using the network are so happy with their plan.
