I get so excited on arrival day! This is my 2nd order and my husband and I have been very pleased with the items. Our orders are doubling each week- I love it!! The boxes are always packed neatly and everything is so fresh! It’s such a delight to try things you have never had or are difficult to find in local stores. The delivery folks are great too!! I love the customer service- it’s hard to find these days!

I have been with Misfits Market for several years now & do about half of my grocery shopping with them! I love the way they make new foods from good foods that for various reasons can’t or won’t be sold in a store. That’s how you save our earth & environment!!!

I really like misfits market because of the unique, safe and healthy alternatives to the chain grocery stores
I really like misfits market because the variety is really good and I feel I can trust that I am getting safe, healthy food. I like that every time I order it is giving a little back. I never had a purple carrot or a yellow watermelon before ordering from Misfits, so it has broaden my experience from just my chain grocery store. My items arrive quickly and in good shape.

Honestly stay away
Honestly stay away. I just received another package from them that my wife ordered. Probably the tenth time the ice packs were completely melted and the perishable food was thrown away. Literally everything in it was either melted, wilted beyond saving and unsafe to eat because meat and dairy products. The products were all over 74F. I have photos to verify.

My husband and I love this service. From the vegetables that taste like the ones I grew in my garden as a kid, to the meats and milk products, to Troy, who delivers our food- fabulous. And to make it even better, I swear almost everything is less expensive than the grocery store. Helpful hint- anything labeled “mystery” is not just a fun surprise. It’s delicious!

Horrible food delivery service
Orders rarely received on promised delivery date so food left for hours in blazing sun. More often than not orders delivered to the wrong house. Boxes packed with bread and soft items on the bottom. Worst food delivery service I've ever encountered.
