Shipping takes along time and tracking doesn’t work so it’s been 2 weeks and I still don’t know when I will receive my product. No updates since the first email. And the tracking service website just says 2-5 day shipping and it has said that for 7 days now

I ordered the rainbow colored Endura T18 vaping kit. I received the wrong color and the equipment is not working properly. I am currently unable to use the device. I also find it difficult that all communication is electronic and speaking with a live person is not an option. There was also a delay in the shipping time estimated to receive the device.

I also understand that the e-cigarette companies have been forced to find different ways to get their products to the folks who use them. I can’t even close the bottom with the batteries in it and it won’t work without the batteries. So I guess I have to find something else.. Wasted my money on this.
