Never received my vape I purchased

Inexcusable irresponsible delays

Not that I had a choice for their shipping, but I will never use them again. Disastrous communication regarding delivery of this package, they returned it to sender claiming they did not have the code to the gate, which does not need a code. They never called me on the telephone when I had strictly said to call me Before delivering. Even after 27 communications by email back and forth and they shipped it Again, (a different product because the previous ones were no longer available!) they still never telephoned me as they promised and only by accident did I find the package!

Don’t waste your time

I ordered a new vape and replacement coils several weeks ago. Never got it. They claim there are issues with shipping and they have to use 3rd party shipping companies. They can’t get ahold of the shipping company to get tracking updates. I’m supposed to be getting a refund through route which I’m still confused on, why it’s not through the company. I am beyond frustrated as it has been almost a month and still no updated tracking or my money back. I wouldn’t use this company if I were you. I don’t usually give bad reviews but this has been the worst experience.

Shipping is insanely slow

Shipping is insanely slow. It’s been one week and my order has yet to ship.

Extremely slow shipping

Extremely slow shipping. 12 days and still no tracking update. I understand the new shipping laws make the business difficult but I have not had an issue with other online vape store. This is my 3rd and last order from misthub. This issue happened with both of my orders last 2 orders 😒

Great Customer Service

I placed an order on March 4th, It shows it was delivered on March 17th. I was not home that day, I was traveling out of state and my husband was at work. So needless to say I didn’t receive the order, even though it needed to be signed for. So I emailed Misthub and explained everything. They sent me another order right away. I am very happy for the service I received and will still be placing my orders with them again. The employees have always been very understanding, friendly and very helpful when I have contacted them. Keep up the great work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

23 days later.... I would love to be able to review your products. Sadly, I may never receive them. Sorry that your business went under, preemptively.

Shipping is possibly the worst part

Have yet to receive by︅ juice like I normally do. Now 20 days after ordering it’s nbd but it’s been nearly another 3 weeks nearly so I just ran completely out and had to buy more in person elsewhere and I paid $40 here.
