I have been using this product for a while now, couple months and I have struggled my entire adult life with my hair thinning due to health problems, pregnancies and basic lack of care in my youth. This product has given me a little bit of my confidence back has shown slow but study progress in hair regrowth. These are the direct words from Moerie after I caught a $22 and change charge on my bank statement and ask them to refund it. Little did I know I had been being charged this since October 2025.: I completely understand your confusion - "digital hair growth" is a pretty strange-sounding phrase, and I'm sorry it wasn't clearer! Let me explain what it actually is. The 28-Day Moérie Hair Growth Challenge is an email-based educational program - not a physical product at all. It's a guided series that walks you through building a healthy hair care routine with daily tips, product guidance, nutrition advice, and wellness practices. It's kind of like a digital coach for your hair journey. You also got a free Hair Growth Masterclass and an e-book as part of it. As for how it ended up on your order: when you purchased the REPAIR & MOISTURE GROWTH SET back in October, the Challenge was automatically added to qualifying orders at checkout and couldn't be unchecked. The first 7 days were free, and after that it continued at $22.49/month. I know that's not something you would have intentionally signed up for, and I'm sorry it caught you off guard. Long story short they’re unethical and horrible people and I am out over $230 because I had no idea that they had fraudulently put this on my account as they have now admitted therefore I would’ve had no idea to cancel this within seven days. Shameful people.

My experience with the product has been positive. I am on my fourth week of my first bottle and I can tell the difference in my hair journey. I have had at least a 3/4 growth in length. And my scalp seems healthier. I ordered 3 bottles and have a subscription to receive 3 bottles every 3 months. I am very satisfied with the product so far.
