MOO's customization features are excellent!
MOO’s products are excellent! The company offers customization features that allow me to use different images for the front of the cards. This is especially helpful for greeting cards to my wife for our anniversary, our first kiss, her birthday, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. MOO has made it possible for me to give cards to her without having to deal with the greeting card industry’s aversion of using images of people for fear of being “cancelled” for being “politically incorrect.” I’m tired of giving greeting cards featuring images of cute animals when the cards should be about human love, affection, and devotion to each other. MOO’s service has always been reliable. They keep me accurately informed on order status and have been responsive in addressing any complications with the order. The online card design app is easy to use and effective. Thank you. MOO!

I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from MOO. My original business cards printed much darker than expected, causing some of the detail, contrast, and readability in my design to be lost. From the moment I contacted customer service, Akhona and Georgiana took my concerns seriously and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Akhona clearly explained the differences between RGB and CMYK color formats and offered a free reprint once I adjusted the artwork. When additional formatting and safe-area issues came up, Georgiana remained patient, responsive, and extremely helpful. She even contacted MOO’s artwork team, who corrected the remaining issues and ensured the files were properly prepared for printing. The final product turned out amazing and looks exactly the way I originally envisioned it. The colors, details, contrast, and overall print quality are excellent. What could have been a disappointing experience became one of the best examples of customer service I have received from any company. MOO stood behind its product, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Akhona, Georgiana, and the artwork team have earned my sincere appreciation and made me a customer for life. I highly recommend MOO to anyone looking for professional-quality printing backed by exceptional customer service.
Dont care to do the work
These idiots dont do the orders I spoke with one of the head staff, UPLOADED A SIMPLE DESIGN FOR A BUSINESS CARD WITH JUST NAME AND EMAIL AND BEEN WAITING for a week and nothing was done!!

Moo's website is so easy to use. I've been getting my business cards from them for years. Along the way I've made changes here and there, either to the graphic or the text, and it's never been difficult. And people are always commenting on the "legit" quality of the cards.

We ordered our wedding invitations and…
We ordered our wedding invitations and envelopes through Moo. While the sample package of paper was great and the process for ordering was fairly easy, after we mailed out our invitations, our guests reported that the invitation design was stained by the gold envelopes, interfering with the design. We were very disappointed. I'd recommend ordering envelopes elsewhere.
