It also requires fluffing to help evenly distribute the filling and achieve its intended comfort. To clarify, the tag indicates the fabric components used in the product's construction. The label information is correct. The cooling mat works by dissipating heat from your pet’s body when they lie on it. It is not designed to feel ice-cold like a mat that has been placed in a refrigerator or freezer, but rather to help draw away excess body heat and provide a cooling effect through contact.
