Terrible. they market a pillow for large dog and the pillow is tiny. then they never respond. DONT USE THIS COMPANY now they say i should have read the measurements. I did. I ordered for a Large Dog per their software. they will try to wrong the customer. i want a refund but then MrFluffyFriend charges me. this company is Unacceptable and false advertises. Don't Use them.

Mr mcfluffy has done an incredible job to go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction . 3 years ago I was dissatisfied with my purchase and it was resolved until they went above and beyond to supply a much better version of the beds . They run small so upsize for dogs that are not toy breeds or just bigger . I truly appreciate how much you did when you didn’t have to . I will remember that way more than the other experience . My Frenchie is enjoying this bed very much. She seems to be relaxing more on the newer model. With the excessive amount of America250 July 4th fireworks, I'm really glad she's had a place to snuggle into through it all. Thanks also for the great customer service.

Fantastic customer service. I purchased a MrFluffy bed for my dog Benny a few months ago. He absolutely loves this bed. I noticed that the area where the head is elevated and meets the body was starting to tear. Shortly thereafter the seams in the body started separating. I sent an email with pictures. and their review team replaced the bed. Thank you so much for standing by your product. Benny, is again, a happy doggie.

The orthopaedic dog sofa is nothing like the quality of the blue one pictured!!! It was very expensive - I was hoping for something amazing for my dogs but it is definitely not worth the $234 I paid for it! Also, considering the hype and positive reviews written about it, it is rather flat and definitely not like the orthopaedic bed described!! If I had have seen the so- called orthopaedic bed in store- I definitely wouldn’t have wasted my money on it!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL, I PURCHASED 3 LARGE COOLING MATS. The bed did not last more than a week with my anxious dog. Its construction is flimsy with inexpensive materials. My pup did seem to feel calm at times, but the bed did not withstand a nip or two at the bed. Would not recommend.

2nd MrFluffyFriend bed for my dog. The first one, which is still in use , was relocated to another room after 2.75 yrs. The old one’s cover was not removable for cleaning so the stuffing got a little lumpy from washing. I am hoping the new one will last longer because of removable -zipped cover. I got two new beds in grey because I really like the color / texture + for my second dog . My first diggy loves his new bed and the 2nd pup for now seems prefers the tiled floor for the summer.

the customer service this time around was responsive. However, the bed that arrived is way big and bigger than the last 3XL that we ordered. Dont know how to make it any smaller. believe its the wrong size. Perhaps the 2XL size is like the old 3XL? Dont know what to do.

However, we can confirm that, per your request, we sent a 3XL, as you had specifically mentioned that you have a big chocolate Lab and wanted that size.
I originally purchased a Mr. Fluffy 1-2-25. In the review I noted that receiving the item in a timely fashion was ridiculous and the product was just stuck in Inglewood, CA. Once received, the item was not what is pictured. It looks like it is so abundantly fluffy that your pet gets lost in the cushiony goodness in the advertisements. That was not the case. The item never fluffed up like in the advertising and there was a large gap with no filling between the ring and the middle. I tried to return and would actually have to pay shipping of over $60! The other option was to donate and get a very small refund. Obviously, you take the very small refund, and they still make a few bucks and you no longer have a bed for your pet. Now, 2026. I received an email from the "CEO" about sending out a Mr. Fluffy to show how much better it is. After making sure this was not a scam, I stated I would try it as long as I am not charged a single cent. The agreement was in order to send me the bed I would have to delete my original review. Okay, as I knew I would then be asked to submit a new review. I received this bed rather quickly. Now, if I ordered one, I am not sure that would be the case. I am not sure what the improvements are but maybe more filling so the gap is less noticeable. The bed still does not have the high walls and is not super fluffy. The filling seems to have some hard small rock sized pieces randomly in it but for the most part is soft. My dog doesn't love it, but he sometimes will lay on the bed. Would I buy one again, probably not. Was it nice that they want to show you the product and give you another chance to change your mind, yes. Would I suggest you take a chance to purchase the always 60% off product and not be able to return without being charged a ridiculous amount, no.
