Please note that our beds are vacuum packed for shipping efficiency, so it’s completely normal that they initially appear compressed or bulkier in shape when first unpacked. They do need some time to fully expand, and gently shaking and fluffing the bed helps redistribute the filling evenly. These instructions are also included in the packaging guide. That said, we can see that one of our customer service representatives is already looking into your case and will continue assisting you via email to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
