Horrible support

Horrible support. Keeps replying the same exact "propagation" nonsense when there's clearly an issue with their DNS. Their support blames "propagation," but their own authoritative nameservers (ns1/ns2/ns3.dnsowl.com) still return the old value. The panel saves records that never reach the backend.
